Honestly, I chose Reply because Hubspot sequences are too expensive. Yet, I got more than a SaaS tool. In their customer support team I got people who care about my business and success. The Reply platform is solid and keeps pace with the digital marketing world, including AI enhancements. They also help point you in the right direction, such as free MailToast access and native integration with Google Postman. Very happy customer here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm still using HubSpot as my CRM, and the transition between Reply and HubSpot is a bit bumpy. There is no integration between Reply and any CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is super easy to use, even if you're new to sales automation. The platform is quick and beautiful, with no clutter on dashboards. Integrations are intuitive so you don't have to be a techie for this. I got lost here and there but customer support was always available and helpful, which is awesome!
I like the warm-up integration as well, plus their pricing policy is one of the best in the market! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pretty much nothing in a month of use. I'd prefer more tutorials in a video format to get started more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
VERY intuitive, good stats, customer support unparalleled. It also works - reliability should be key but I didn't find this when using other competitors
good amount of features in even the basic package Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing. It's honestly way better than other programs I've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's the only sequence tool that lets me automate my emails and LinkedIn messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is a little confusing and hard to get used to but their support is quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple setup of the sequences, all setup within the day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Issues with import of contacts, using non-english and special characters did not come in the import, so had to do manual updated on part of the list Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall the platform has a lot of functionality at a very resonable cost even for a small team. You can use everying including reporting straight out of the box with mimal setup. The support and onboarding process is quick and responsive. This is contray to some of the larger vendors only intersted in enterprise customers. Additional services provided such as email warm up are very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although these have been resolved quickly there have been some technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UI and features list look awesome, but some still need to be developed.
Support is fast and friendly. If it weren't for the support, I would have quit the service already, so many questions appeared and were solved with the help of support agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Low quality of Reply contact data (ok, it is still in beta)
Too many labels and tags messed me up when I wanted to exclude email from particular sequences. It might be
Do not contact stage (not)
Paused status (can be for some time)
Blacklist (the last I tried, it helped) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using reply for almost a year now, and I really like it how it works. It's easy to use and has everything that I need to launch my marketing campaigns. Pretty straightforward and the results are very good. Whenever I have a question, I can always rely on the fast and helpful support staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I can think of right now. It has everything that I need and I didn't have any problems so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how the work is built on the platform, it looks convenient! The other good thing is the possibility of adding a couple of variants in sequence, which helps to realize which one works better. I really like the support team. I often ask a lot of questions and get quick and high-quality answers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lately, I've had some issues with the progress bar on the main page. I can't see how many emails have been sent; it doesn't display the current position accurately. For example, it might show that less than 50% have been sent. However, when I open the sequence, I find that all emails have been sent and completed. This is a bit inconvenient, as it takes time to check all sequences to see the actual progress of sending emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
