What do you like best about Reply?

Honestly, I chose Reply because Hubspot sequences are too expensive. Yet, I got more than a SaaS tool. In their customer support team I got people who care about my business and success. The Reply platform is solid and keeps pace with the digital marketing world, including AI enhancements. They also help point you in the right direction, such as free MailToast access and native integration with Google Postman. Very happy customer here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

I'm still using HubSpot as my CRM, and the transition between Reply and HubSpot is a bit bumpy. There is no integration between Reply and any CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reply?

The interface is super easy to use, even if you're new to sales automation. The platform is quick and beautiful, with no clutter on dashboards. Integrations are intuitive so you don't have to be a techie for this. I got lost here and there but customer support was always available and helpful, which is awesome!

VERY intuitive, good stats, customer support unparalleled. It also works - reliability should be key but I didn't find this when using other competitors

What do you like best about Reply?

Overall the platform has a lot of functionality at a very resonable cost even for a small team. You can use everying including reporting straight out of the box with mimal setup. The support and onboarding process is quick and responsive. This is contray to some of the larger vendors only intersted in enterprise customers. What do you like best about Reply?

UI and features list look awesome, but some still need to be developed.

Support is fast and friendly. If it weren't for the support, I would have quit the service already, so many questions appeared and were solved with the help of support agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reply helps a lot with massive, focused email campaigns. I tried Reply data as a contact mining source. It was pretty easy to work with and seemed promising, but the bounce rate was too high, and contact relevance was pretty low. So, I'm looking for new tools for contact mining. What do you like best about Reply?

I've been using reply for almost a year now, and I really like it how it works. It's easy to use and has everything that I need to launch my marketing campaigns. What do you like best about Reply?

I like how the work is built on the platform, it looks convenient! The other good thing is the possibility of adding a couple of variants in sequence, which helps to realize which one works better. I really like the support team. I often ask a lot of questions and get quick and high-quality answers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Lately, I've had some issues with the progress bar on the main page. I can't see how many emails have been sent; it doesn't display the current position accurately. For example, it might show that less than 50% have been sent. However, when I open the sequence, I find that all emails have been sent and completed. This is a bit inconvenient, as it takes time to check all sequences to see the actual progress of sending emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
