Reply is very easy to use, with a straightforward UX design and plenty of features for base-level users like me. I started using Reply for outreach campaigns in my role, and getting over the learning curve was a cinch. As someone new to creating email campaigns, Reply couldn't be a better tool to start familiarizing myself with these processes.
My outreach projects are rather simple, but thankfully the Reply team provides timely support when I run into issues. I use Reply daily, so knowing that the team is always ready to help is great.
I also appreciate Reply's spam testing tool, which alerted me to an issue I need to address with my IT, and the Reply team provided a thorough response when I clicked the suggested follow-up in the app.
In short, the best features are the ease of use and customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As I'm writing this, Reply does not have a direct integration with Microsoft Outlook, which might inhibit some of my use cases.
For example, the Chrome extension is required to use the manual step feature in a sequence. I wasn't able to give it a real test drive because I didn't proceed with the setup function that would have used my personal Gmail to complete. I was hesitant to do that given that my work email is through Outlook, and I did not want Reply connected in any way to my personal Gmail. I believe it would be more intuitive if the manual feature could be triggered directly in the Reply app. Because of this issue and that I did not find the explanation very clear when setting up my campaign, I had to create a new campaign from scratch and then import my list again. This caused some issues with duplicate emails being sent to a handful of recipients. Thankfully this was a low-stakes issue that didn't harm anything...
I would love a Calendly or Outlook integration for the calendar/meeting scheduling feature, for example. I have to manually note what meetings were set while running a campaign, rather than Reply automatically designating the interaction as such in the campaign results. Perhaps the team will be able to integrate these features in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply.io is a powerful making it easy for automating and personalizing outreach efforts. Its strong integration capabilities and detailed analytics and enjoyed the 14 day trial so far. Maybe the high cost can be a set back for smaller businesses or startups. Lastly, while support is available, response times and the effectiveness of solutions can vary, because it doesn'ts seem like there is anyone there during business hours in the chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply's interface is easy to navigate and the outreach stats page is very insightful to determine the outsource efforts for each one of our clients. The AI features to enhance our email templates is also super helpful! Using Reply saved me nearly 30 hours of work per month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if we could group our sequences. We work with different sequences per client, and the ability of organise our sequences and templates accordly would be great. It would also be great is we could have the stats for all the sequences in the folder, instead just for each sequence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply is a great tool to manage your email / outreach. It provides a relatively good UI that is easy to use and help you scale your cold email capabilities. I use the tool throughout the week and it makes my life a lot easier.
I am also the admin for my org and setting this up was quite seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although a good tool, it is a bit annoying that for almost any incremental features, they ask you to pay extra. There were featues we asked about a few months ago that were free at competitors, and Reply told us we had to pay to get them, only to make them free a few weeks later when they realized that was not competitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, the email deliverability can be affected, and it requires a bit of manual work to optimize for better inbox placement.
Additionally, there’s a slight learning curve when setting up more complex workflows for multichannel campaigns, though the support team is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply is exactly what we were looking for when it comes to a multi-channel sales outreach and prospecting tool. With integrations for email, LinkedIn and the AI capabilities, it checked all the boxes for us! Support has been great as well! Wanted to get some additional branching logic and reached out to support and got an answer almost immediately along with the offer to assist with it.
Excited to continue to build on this platform!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing at all at this point - so far I have not found anything that is lacking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply.io has been a game-changer for my sales prospecting. It offers a highly competitive price considering its robust feature set, which made it an easy first choice after comparing other tools. Initially, I was looking for a solution to streamline sending marketing emails to large lists, and Reply exceeded my expectations. As automated outbound has gained traction in the sales community, I needed something that would help me stand out, and Reply's extensive feature offerings—such as call integration, WhatsApp, LinkedIn social selling, and Zapier integrations—have significantly boosted my outreach efforts and kept everything organized.
One of the best aspects of Reply is how seamlessly it updates my CRM via API, allowing me to track activities, observe, and report on account interactions effortlessly. The dedicated account manager and excellent customer support, including responsive follow-ups from the support bot, have also made my experience smooth and efficient. Moreover, the ongoing educational content, like webinars and relevant emails, is extremely valuable.
After using Reply for five years, I can confidently say that it continues to deliver, and I don't see myself switching anytime soon. Thank you, Reply! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't much to dislike about Reply.io, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. As an advanced user, I sometimes envision features that aren't yet available, though I appreciate that they make it easy to request new features. The platform offers a lot of flexibility, but occasionally, the user interface can be confusing—certain elements might not be labelled clearly or lack proper explanation, which can lead to spending time figuring out how to make even small changes. Thankfully, customer support is very responsive, which helps mitigate this issue.
Reply still gets a 10/10 from me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply makes building complex automation sequences very easy. It allows us to utilize multiple outbound channels like LinkedIn, email, and phone calls. We can also be quite intricate with the sequence steps in case prospect info is missing or invalid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
