Being able to send emails as if they are sending directly from your G Suite gmail account makes this tool incredibly powerful and makes it feel incredibly personalized at a mass scale. We are able to use much of the API to integrate into our existing sales processes for clients and it works quite well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are quite a few things missing from the API. You really should be able to mark people as "opted out" and other settings via the API. All the API allows for is marking as "replied" and "finished". There needs to be more settings available for us to further automate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been working is sales for several years and used another tool for automation before. Compare to that one, Reply is more convenient, has user-friendly interface, and just feature-rich tool for sequence automation. I use Reply on daily basis and there are things that I like the most:
1) As I target leads from different countries and continents, I like the option of choosing the time zone for each sequence. That gives me a chance to use Reply around the clock.
2) Now I can launch more advanced sequnces as Reply offers me multiple communication channels (to name a few, LinkedIN, emails, WhatsApp), so I can design a scenario and mix the ways of reaching the contact out.
3) I can view my own statistics for a particular time period in the Report section.
4) Thanks to a special access I can check the suqences of my team members.
5) I can import contacts for sequences in different ways - for me the most used way is the automatic integration from our CRM, but I also tried csv files and manual records.
6) At any time can get fast tips from customer support with the appropriate articles to read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The contact can participate in one sequence at a time. Sometimes, I need to launch a second small sequence to inform my contacts about the upcoming webinar and do that without removing them from the major sequence. So, if I add them to the second one they are automaticaly removed from the first sequence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply has totally transformed how I handle sales outreach. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I had no trouble navigating it right from the start. I was up and running with my first sequence in no time, which was a huge relief since I’m not exactly a tech expert. Now, I rely on it every day to automate my emails, check on my progress, and stay organized 👍 The onboarding process was quite smooth. It connects effortlessly with my existing tools, which made the transition so easy. Our team was also impressed by the variety of features. From email automation to detailed analytics and even options for LinkedIn outreach or calls, it’s got everything I need to run effective campaigns. What is about integration – connecting it to our existing CRM system was seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, there’s not much to dislike. I’d say if you’re new to this kind of tool, all the features can feel a little overwhelming at first. But with a great customer support and helpful tutorials, it’s not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The solution is very flexible, you can write different email variants, test hypotheses, and personalize all emails. Plus, as a department head, I can see all the statistics and analytics, compare results, see all correspondence, and compare channels. Also, all data on emails and statuses is transferred to Hubspot.
I would also like to mention the support team. All issues are resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
there are not enough tools for working with Companies - filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The way how easy I can handle prospect bases. I mean, group them, move from one to another sequence. The best UI I ever met. I like the way how can I use templates, filter and segmenting audiences (prospects), create threads and follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's good for bulk messaging campaigns but not that good for manual or custom. E.G. If you want to send 100 custom 1st emails and then following them up with the common follow-ups you have to create 100 different sequences. On the other hand, templates allow you to create them with less manual routines. Also, you can group your sequences. So it's not a big deal for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I put Reply AI SDR in my daily workflow.
It takes some time to write the instructions (but that's obvious), and it writes almost as I did manually. It uses best practices, and you can also update your AI Campaigns on the fly.
I also love the AI sequence builder's feature of automatically including email steps, LinkedIn steps, and Inmails (if you select to)—a huge time saver.
It is a great onboarding process; they really answer questions and try to help in the implementation stage.
All the minor but important things like LinkedIn connection requests revocation, daily email numbers ram-up, mailbox warm-ups, etc are taken care of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Minor bugs were taken care of. In the mailbox integration, when you make an SMTP connection, they should mention the APP password instead of just the password. It might be confusing for newbies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The analytics and reporting features are a game changer, too. I can track open rates, responses, and overall campaign performance in real-time, which helps me constantly improve my strategy. Plus, the integration with other tools I use saves me a lot of time!
What really stands out for me is the support team. They’ve been super responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or needed guidance. It’s great to know there are real people behind the platform who care about my success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been exploring the Reply platform, and while it has some great features, there are a few things that didn't quite work for me. I found the user interface a bit overwhelming at times, and it took me a while to get used to it. Additionally, some automation options felt a bit limited for my specific needs. I love that Reply includes all outbound methods, not just email. We use Reply for outbound emails but also phone calls, SMS, and LinkedIn. Way better than trying to stack a bunch of different technologies and running a Zapier between them. With Reply, it all just works and the best part is that your tasks are all in one place. I wish Reply had a mobile app that allowed you to manage your SMS inbox since texts require a faster response and you're not always on desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
reply has completely tarnsformed how we handle cold outreach and email automation. the platform is super good, making it easy to set up personalized sequences without any haslles. The integration with CRM is seamless and analytics provide clear insights into whats working and what not. the customer support team is alos quick to respond and they are really helful. Overall reply is all in one tool that is easy to use and delivers results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Email response rate is somehow a little confusing to analyse. Also complex features little hard to nevigate but its not a issue. Also pricing is a bit high for a small startup or beginners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found Reply.io to be pretty easy to use for setting up and managing sales campaigns. The interface is simple, making email personalization a walk in the park, although I wish it was a bit more intuitive, especially for those new to marketing automation. Setting up the platform was a breeze, I had no issues importing contacts, creating lists, and designing sequences for email and LinkedIn campaigns. However, there is a learning curve when optimizing these sequences to avoid small glitches that take some time to get right.
Reply.io customer support responds quickly, which is great when I need help right away. However, the quality can be hit or miss, especially with more complicated issues like integrations or billing disputes. Chat support is good for quick fixes but not so much for deep problem-solving. I use Reply.io for my Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, and I can run multiple campaigns a day. However, the 400 email daily limit per user does keep things in check for deliverability.
The AI features for email personalization and sentiment analysis is where Reply.io shines, I engage with my prospects better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features can be a bit tricky to navigate and I had issues with the stats and reports section especially when custom fields from CSV imports don't sync as expected. Integrations with automation tools like Zapier and make.com have been mostly smooth I can create dynamic workflows but I had some issues with CRM mappings to make sure all data syncs correctly.
Secondly, you cannot use the same list simultaneously in two different sequences. That's a bummer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been noticing that we have received more leads coming in as we are using Reply.io to reach out to researchers.
More individuals are learning about Precisionary Instruments and this has been a great tool to get us more out there on the market. We use it frequently to reach out to researchers who we know would benefit from our machines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this time, I haven't had any negative experience to discuss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
