Regal offers exceptional customer service and support. Their team is very responsive, providing timely fixes when assistance is needed.
The documentation from Regal is clear and straightforward, making integration into our system seamless and quick. As an administrator, I found it easy and intuitive to navigate and set up the platform for our agents. Regal has an impressive roadmap, but as a growing company, some features take a long time to be rolled out. While this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it means that some functionalities we would like to have take time to become available.

Regal is a modern, user-friendly, and powerful platform. Its Journey-building features allow for total customization of your outbound outreach strategies via an array of dialer types and sms. The ease of use empowers admins to set up robust workflows that help automate processes for agents in minutes instead of hours. We especially like the built-in A/B testing features within Journeys. These have allowed us to create numerous experiments in our strategies and be able to prove which approach is best with minimal effort. We have found that the sky is the limit when thinking through how we can leverage the tool across sales, claims, and support orgs. Their live chat customer support is exceptional and saves admins a lot of time when agents can reach out themselves and get a response within 60 seconds. They are also very quick to action on feedback, with previous vendors in the same space a feature request was more akin to a wish, but Regal takes our feedback seriously and works hand-in-hand with our team to make those changes a reality. The Journey builder is easy for anyone to pick up. If you have some no code developer skills then it's like any other no code product. If you have never used one before it's so simple anyone can learn it.
Implemention was also really good. When you do your implementation you will avoid a lot of issues and rework if you adjust your call cadence to work with the software rather than try to force Regal to work to your cadence.

The best thing so far regarding Regal's CRM is that you can speak with a member of their support team in seconds! They are always so helpful and axious to assist. The features that the platform has is easily implented as well as easy to use. Integration is usually seemless and well assisted. The compay I work for frequently uses the platform with no issues. It has branded calling built in which was one reason we tried to work with them in the fist place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their customer service has been slow and unresponsive, their pricing reflects a premium product which it is not: it has continued to misplace our leads experience outages, and generally be unreliable for the last 6 months. They promise features that resemble what a true CRM can provide but then end up releasing them in a buggy, half-based way which causes lost revenue.
Lastly their leadership has proven to be untrustworth in pricing negotiations threatening to turn off service on the spot in order to get a contract signed at their desired terms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Regal manages my teams whole operations, from SMS, Calls, follow ups, API, Zapier etc, Regal is the full package, we recently bata tested their progressive dialer which can be game changing for my organization! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much of a dislike but their is an opportunit on the Progressive dialer, tends to have breaks inbetween calls and for long periods, once this is fixed i believ they should be good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our main feature is the branded outbound calls. Everything else is nice to have, but that has increased our answer rate and improved our call center experience. It's also very easy to implement and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
