Full page search and preview search are light-years ahead of the search function we had built into our website previously. Not only do they personalize based on activity on the site, but there is a ton of customization available and this feature has really grown our business. Just having the preview search populate with best sellers when you click on it (but do not enter any text) has had a positive lift.

On top of that, the automated (and dynamic) product recommendations on product pages and other modules has made it much easier to merchandise on our site and in emails. Before we were doing everything manually, and it was static. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had a bit of turnover on our account reps. Although that is to be expected from companies in this space, more continuity with our support team would be preferred.
