What do you like best about Reachdesk?

It's a great platform for sending gifts cards to customers and helping us grow our pipeline. It's nice to be able to send globally with warehouses in various regions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

The US warehouse has been very problematic for us with many lost items and long lead times of shipping inventory out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

one feature in particular I like about reachdesk is the ability to preload balances. it gives our employees the freedom to choose gifts without having to worry about budget.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

It's easy to set up a new campaign and share vouchers. I am not using any automation due to GDPR compliance, but it's easy and quick to send vouchers to the users after user research.

It was easy to implement. I am using it almost every day to provide user compensation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

The process to request invoices is not working properly and opening a ticket is always taking more than one month to get a proper answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Reachdesk has great customer support. I like the breadth of the different gifting options there are - from custom gifting and curated packages to the marketplace and digital gift cards. What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Reachdesk is a user-friendly platform that enables you to design customised, professional campaigns tailored to your clients. I've used Reachdesk many times—to celebrate a client's birthday, congratulate them on a promotion, or even help them recover with a comforting takeaway after a big night out.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

I love the wide range of possibilities to send small gifts all around the world. What is even better is that if a company has a no-gift policy they can choose to donate the equivalent to charity. What do you like best about Reachdesk?
