one feature in particular I like about reachdesk is the ability to preload balances. it gives our employees the freedom to choose gifts without having to worry about budget.

It's easy to set up a new campaign and share vouchers. I am not using any automation due to GDPR compliance, but it's easy and quick to send vouchers to the users after user research.

Reachdesk has great customer support. I like the breadth of the different gifting options there are - from custom gifting and curated packages to the marketplace and digital gift cards. Reachdesk is a user-friendly platform that enables you to design customised, professional campaigns tailored to your clients. I've used Reachdesk many times—to celebrate a client's birthday, congratulate them on a promotion, or even help them recover with a comforting takeaway after a big night out.

I love the wide range of possibilities to send small gifts all around the world. What is even better is that if a company has a no-gift policy they can choose to donate the equivalent to charity.
