What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Love Reachdesk as it helps creating meaningful connections with prospects and sometimes acts like a great ice-breaker to aid initial conversations.

Reachdesk helps me recognise meaningful moments in lives of my clients, prospects and partners and celebrate what's special for them creating stronger bond and relationships, especially when most interactions happen online these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

Not a massive fan of platform itself, I think UX could be improved massively to make it easier to find gifts that I have sent rather than always land on a view of all company sends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Easy sending, safe and timely delivery even to Switzerland. Good customer service if you have a CSM. Love the landing page function. Warehouse in EMEA is great, we moved away from other vendor as they could not provide that service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

Landing pages are a great tool but the build is too hard and cumbersome. Not easy to use, a drag and drop option would be better. Not sure if they want to push for the paid landing page this way. Used the free version before and was great.

Service heldesk via email was very slow.

The platform overview got a bit messy with all the functions now available.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Reachdesk has some really useful elements that we utilise.

We find that using Reachdesk's warehouse storage and distribution makes it so much easier for us to store and quickly deliver swag to our events, this is something we use all the time.

The marketplace is a good option for when when we want to send something special to attendees of more intimate events, we find the uptake on gifts like these is pretty good, although this is something we do more infrequently.

We have recently created a company specific landing page that our BDRs can use to send out to prospects, which we are going to start using. That process was really easy and the team were very helpful in getting that set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

We have found it difficult to engage our BDRs in using the platform to send gifts, although there is potential there, they have struggled to see success in sending personalised gifts from the marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Reachdesk is excellent for enhancing our marketing campaigns by supplementing our CTAs with customizable tools, which helps us build a more engaging and appealing message for our prospects. The platform is especially useful for reactivating dormant or sleeping prospects, allowing us to personalize outreach and re-establish connections effectively. Its versatility and ease of use make it an invaluable asset for boosting campaign impact and nurturing customer relationships.

We are also using Reachdesk for internal contests, providing a fun and efficient way to motivate and reward teams or employees. What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

What can be difficult to manage is that if you want to run campaigns with small gifts, the handling and shipping costs can be very high.

The user experience for redeeming gifts in triggered campaigns can also be cumbersome, which can hinder recipient engagement and reduce the overall effectiveness of the campaign. What do you like best about Reachdesk?

The team has been extremely helpful. I accidentally emailed the CEO himself through a google search, BUT he made sure that I was helped asap. That showed a great leader. The immediate team was great as well. We love having a huge catelog of gifts to send to our customers. We really apprecciate having the ability to send cash cards whenever needed as well. What do you like best about Reachdesk?

We've found Reachdesk very useful for managing and sending out incentives to leads, prospects, and customers. Whether it's physical swag or digital gift cards, they make it super easy to handle everything globally, which is perfect for our international campaigns. They also send in almost every country, so that's very useful.

The platform’s intuitive, so setting up and tracking campaigns is a straight forward. The inventory management for merch helps us stay on top of stock, and the huge selection of gift cards means we’ve got options that work for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

The platform is usually pretty reliable, but I've noticed customer service response times have slowed down a bit recently. I used to get help right away, but now it sometimes takes a few business days to hear back. What do you like best about Reachdesk?

I use Reachdesk frequently, and it's incredibly easy to navigate. It’s a great tool for building rapport with prospects and clients. Sending gifts through the platform has been an effective way to connect and strengthen relationships. The seamless experience makes it a valuable part of my outreach strategy. What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

I've noticed a few issues that raise concerns. Specifically, I've observed a large number of prospects "claiming" my gifts; however, from my end, I can't see any evidence of them actually opening or engaging with the gifts. This has led me to wonder whether Reachdesk might be automatically claiming gifts, which could result in unnecessary consumption of funds.

It would be helpful to have more transparency or insights into how gift claims are being processed and to ensure that this feature works as intended without unintentionally using up budget on unengaged prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

I like the flexibility of creating/managing my campaigns. I also love the dashboard feature with the Salesforce integration that shows the direct impact gifting has on our marketing effots. I am so impressed with Reachdesk. I've used other tools in the past and the sales team really struggled with enablement. With Reachdesk, our team really grasp the easy to use plug-in and platform UI. Its so user friendly and not highly technicaly. I integrated the platform with our SF instance which tool no time at all. Our CSM has been highly engaged with us too!
