1. I like to have a gifting platform tool. Reachdesk is a gifting platform!

1. The #1 gift option we asked about during the sales process was VISA e-gift. That gift card option has been broken so many times. Which means we send it and then our prospects have to tell us that it isn't working. Never once in an entire year has Reachdesk reached out to us to inform us that a gifting option is not working. In fact they have told us we were wrong when it wasn't working(I have the emails to prove that).
2.Salesforce Integration: you constantly need to relink you Reachdesk and Salesforce accounts. It is not a one time thing.
3. Their renewal team is predatory. I told them I would have to have the renewal reviewed by our legal team(standard mandatory process) and they took another email out of context after I told them it would need to be reviewed and they renewed it while it was being reviewed!
4. We only needed and asked for e-gifting and they would continuously pester us in calls and emails about our contracted gift physical warehousing with them. We asked them to remove it from the contract. They insisted that we keep it because it didn't cost us money and we did have to use it. The cost is that you have to constantly waste your time telling them you don't want to use it.
5.Some of the e-gifting reward passes appear shady to the recipient. Redemption on reward passes are low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a bit more "advanced" than other gifting tools, so sometimes it can be tricky to use. For example, the SDRs on our team use a more simple tool with easy to follow UX/UI that makes sending gifts almost automatic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eventually we were able to get some triggered campaigns set up, which allowed anyone to send e-gift cards without needing a license. These were easy to use. They had a decent selection of gifts in their marketplace also. Alerts and tracking of sends was also pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were often delays shipping items from our warehouse. Support seemed to not really have any answer or offer to help if the items did not arrive by a specific deadline. Training and enabelement with power users would have also been helpful, as it took a long time to be given helpful advice on how to set up triggered campaigns and landing pages. I also always found the Chrome plugin to still require a lot of clicks to send something. There are cheaper alternatives out there they do the same (or more). I can create multiple and unique campaigns, adjust it to currency and region. It's easy to use, support team is pretty helpful too. I like the email notifications about my campaigns, if some items are out of stock or if my item was delivered, very easy to follow. I don't have to collect addresses from clients, I can just send them the email or link where they can claim the gift and fill out their address. I find Reachdesk better than Sendoso that we used before. More friendlier approach of the team and easier to use and manage everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reachdesk is a phenomenal tool to have amongst your tech stack. My team have seen a huge uplift in meetings booked, reenaged prospects, and turning opportunities from cold back to warm. It's super easy to use, and the implementation team have been very helpful to make sure we're up and running properly. Shoutout to Robie who was brilliant in our first few weeks!
The team are using it daily, and have always been able to find answers to their questions. It was easy to integrate, and we had it up and running within a couple of weeks.

Having used various platforms like Reachdesk, I’ve noticed one area for improvement: when searching for items, I’d find it helpful to see different price ranges for bulk versus single-item purchases, along with any minimum order requirements. Not so much a dislike of Reachdesk, but I do wish our organization opened up additional options on the Client side for gifting. The customer support is excellent. Our account manager is always on hand to help and very quick to respond. We have regular meetings (although these are also an opportunity for them to push new ways for us to spend money). They are receptive to suggestions and the integrations with our CRM (HubSpot) are very simple to activate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the methods for sending can be a little confusing in certain areas. We wanted to add a link to giftcards to emails and the number of click-throughs the client would need to do made this difficult so we had to use a workaround. To get a return on investment you do need to use it a lot, otherwise you could just send a gift using a website for your preferred gift! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is extremely easy to use, and it only took me a few minutes to get used to the platform. I love the variety of gift cards available, customizable company inventory services and the gift card currency combinations. It is easily integrated into our system, allow for immediate and easy tracking, and excellent customer support has responded immediately to all my queries.
