Re-Leased has been the software we were looking for to banish multiple spreadsheets and make our jobs easier. The on-boarding process was easy which made the switching process less onerous. An easy layout to follow which makes getting to grips with new software a breeze! Their product development is proactive and they listen to and adopt sensible suggestions which can be rolled out to all users, as well as dealing with the different regulation requirements faced by their international users. Customer support has been always easy to use with swift conclusions to any issues raised. Accounting software integration has been a great bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A couple of alterations to the software / functionality (which we would deem as being super helpful) are not quite there yet, but we feel our request has been taken on board and hopefully working towards getting some of these into development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From the outset, the introduction and training provided was excellent Simon (Russell), led us through the software, and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had, or to re explain things if needed. Preferably I would like to have one person that you are able to speak to on the phone once you are handed over to the support team. It may just be because coming from Simon, it was so helpful to have questions answered promptly when needed. I do feel it takes a bit of time to get a response back from the support team. ReLeased has been a game changer for our property management workflow. One of its standout features is its seamless integration with Xero, making our accounting processes more efficient and streamlined. Being a cloud-based platform, it allows our team to access the system from anywhere, which is especially useful for a dynamic business like property management.
What really sets ReLeased apart is their dedication to continuous improvement. Unlike our previous software, which had essentially stopped evolving, ReLeased actively listens to user feedback and is always working on updates and new features. It's reassuring to know they take our suggestions seriously, making the software better with each iteration.
Their customer support team is fantastic—always available to help, and there are plenty of "how-to" resources online when we need quick answers. Carolyn from the training team made the implementation process so smooth. She was easy to communicate with, and her training was thorough, making sure we felt confident in using the system from day one.
One of the most impressive aspects is how intuitive the platform is. It's incredibly easy to use, saving us hours of time. The ability to make notes on properties and tenants has increased transparency across our team. We used to rely on countless spreadsheets and post-it notes scattered with little details, which made finding important information a nightmare. Now, everything is centralised and easy to access.
I also love the reminder feature—property management involves juggling so many tasks, and it’s great to have a system that helps me stay organised. While I don't have any major negatives about ReLeased yet, I am still learning to fully trust the software. Having used our previous system, where everything was done manually, I always knew when something had been completed, even though the process was tedious. With ReLeased automating many tasks, I find myself triple-checking to make sure things like invoices have auto-generated correctly. This is more a matter of adjusting to a new system rather than a flaw in the software itself, but it's something I’m still getting used to.
Another aspect to be mindful of is that the initial implementation and the first few months of using ReLeased do take up a considerable amount of time. While this process allowed us to clean up and filter out old data, and ensured that everything we input was accurate, it was still quite time-consuming. I don’t think there’s a way around this, but it's important to be aware that the transition phase might require extra effort before the system begins to pay off fully. Released is the best Property Management Software that I have ever used. It's continuously improving and makes managing 60 properties as easy as it can be. I like the compliance and dashboards and the new AI module is already saving me a lot of time. It's very easy to use and is customer focussed and there is a great responsive customer support team. The whole process from the sales to onboarding the team behind Re-Leased are professinal and knowledgable across the board. Also, the softwear itself is robust yet userfriendly and extreamly simple to navigate / pickup. Intergration with our business has been second to none. Only good words to say! Re-Leased is a breath of fresh air in the world of property management software. It is comfortably the most intuitive software system I have used. As a property investor I find the integration with Xero extremely helpful to the running of our businesses.
The AI feature (CREDIA) could be a real game changer on the productivity front as it begins to take on more of the administrative tasks and burdens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to edit when mistakes have been found, or changes made. Really user friendly. There is a help button for support if struggling with something and they get back to you quite quickly and are really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't really come across anything I don't like but if I had to name something it would be I cannot void a credit expense when a mistake was made but it wasn't a problem as I could edit it to zero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
