- When reopening the event ticket, the client will not find access to the online event. In order to go to the online event, he must go to his email where the event access information was sent. It's very powerful if you compare it to other similar platforms. We have been testing Racklet since last year for our charity GuruFund which is connected to Guru Muscle. You can create a fundraising campaign and also sell tickets to your events. You can even create a whole community of your supporters and send a mass email Newsletter about the News etc. Basically, you don't have to use another tool as Racklet creates a whole network for you. I would love to see a mobile app that does a lot with more features. These days most people use a mobile, especially for the option to redeem a ticket at events. Also, I would love to see more native integrations to be able to connect tools like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an admin for Erin's Hope for Friends, Raklet has been instrumental in managing our events and engaging our members. The platform's user-friendly interface makes it easy to schedule and track both virtual and in-person events. Overall, Raklet has been largely beneficial for our organization. The only area where improvements could be made for us is having recurring events so that we can set up our weekly/monthly events at once. They recently launched a cloning event functionality which helps, but it would be great to be able to create recurring events. It is a very easy to use program, its interface is very simple so its learning curve is minimal, even for inexperienced users like me, allows for a larger organization within the association both volunteers, employee and donors, also offers hosting in the cloud, with a page of our organization, fully customizable, under the name of "adm.raklet" which is provided at the time of creating the account . We've started using this software for our alumni association and we've increased our revenues significantly. We can send an email to our members with an embedded payment link which they can click and pay easily without login. We love the social network aspect as well.
