We have been testing Racklet since last year for our charity GuruFund which is connected to Guru Muscle. You can create a fundraising campaign and also sell tickets to your events. You can even create a whole community of your supporters and send a mass email Newsletter about the News etc. Basically, you don't have to use another tool as Racklet creates a whole network for you. **What do you dislike about Raklet?** I would love to see a mobile app that does a lot with more features. These days most people use a mobile, especially for the option to redeem a ticket at events. Also, I would love to see more native integrations to be able to connect tools like **What problems is Raklet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Raklet gives us the option to create a fundraising campaign and sell tickets directly to supporters. It also helps us with the community, SMS, emails and social network. No need to switch to another tool to be completely fair. For the price point you get a lot. ### 3. The platform's user-friendly interface makes it easy to schedule and track both virtual and in-person events. This has been particularly useful during the pandemic when we had to pivot to online gatherings. The members-only feature ensures that our events are exclusive and secure, providing a safe space for our members to interact and connect. The ability to list past and upcoming events clearly is another significant advantage, allowing our members to plan their participation effectively. **What do you dislike about Raklet?** Overall, Raklet has been largely beneficial for our organization. The only area where improvements could be made for us is having recurring events so that we can set up our weekly/monthly events at once. They recently launched a cloning event functionality which helps, but it would be great to be able to create recurring events. Features and UI are always important but customer service is most critical in my opinion and Raklet delivers in this department. **What do you dislike about Raklet?** I like the features but really wish they would integrate pabbly for automations, instead of just zappier. **What problems is Raklet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used other membership based platforms, however being able to livestream using the zoom feature adds a much needed dynamic to a private platform. and that is very valuble in this day and age. ### 5. We organize events regularly and managing attendance is a breeze now. **What do you dislike about Raklet?** At first, we couldn't quite figure out how to disable features we weren't going to use. We needed a simple system and didn't want too much to have to sort through. Luckily, we figured it out with their help. **What problems is Raklet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were on their free plan and upgraded a few months ago. On the other hand helps me design campaigns for fundraising as well as digital marketing, create forms, communicate through the application, text or email, collect payments online (product sales and tickets, membership, donations, ...), simplify event management and reporting. We can send an email to our members with an embedded payment link which they can click and pay easily without login. We love the social network aspect as well. Our members can now message to each other privately on this platform. Definitely recommended. **What do you dislike about Raklet?** Even though we can customize several automated emails such as membership renewal reminders, application approved, birthday messages; we still need more customization (ie. event ticket purchase confirmation etc) **Recommendations to others considering Raklet:** If you have an excel spreadsheet with your contact data, make sure to share it with the Raklet support team. They're really helpful and clean it up for you and make sure import would work without any issues. **What problems is Raklet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're using it as a CRM for our community. We have around 1000 potential members. We send them emails and SMS. We signup paid members, charge them automatically, save their card. We sell tickets for our annual alumni day and track RSVPs.
