Radar has all the tools to make using their service successful. There is no messing with half baked api's. Their dashboards are intuitive and easy to use. What I have appreciated most about working with Radar has been their responsiveness to questions. We have a direct slack channel where we can jump into whenever we have a question and they get back to us right away.
