What do you like best about Radancy?

Radancy has stood by everything they said they could help us with, and more. They have pivoted several times and are a true thought partner. They come with ideas and suggestions to enhance our overall strategy and processes to be efficient, and do what we have never done before. The team is extremely knowledgeable, responds quickly always but especially during implementations, and is willing to return to the drawing board until we get it right! We use the Talent Cloud platform DAILY and integrations have gone well with a few hiccups but always quick response to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radancy?

Nothing I disliked. I like everyone else wish things were cheaper but i do believe you get what you pay for and I am very happy with our partnership and all the value the Radancy team brings to the table. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Radancy?

The support they give us is unparalleled. The team that I work with is by far the best I have ever experienced. I use them for all of our recruitment marketing and their products are superior to anything else. They keep adding value to their offerings, which allows me to have one vendor manage everything.

Our monthly meetings keep me on track and our quarterly business reviews give me incredible data. During years when I needed to keep our budget flat or even scale back, they helped me do that, determining which tools were providing the best ROI. They always work within my budget and never push for more.

My Radancy team is a true business partner. They can do everything from providing data my VP to gain support on an initiative, to provide product training to my team. They take work off of me. They are also friendly and kind! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radancy?

I honestly can't think of anything. Their services may be more expensive than others, but they can work within your budget and maximize what you can spend. What do you like best about Radancy?

Radancy can be a one stop shop and offer a variety of tools for the recruiting space. They have many product offerings that help make the candidate and recruiter experience better. What do you like best about Radancy?

What do you dislike about Radancy?

The reward plan is not updatable, there is no limit in time for how long coins can be claimed so difficult to make budgets. There is no limit in possibility to earn coins for sharing ads, so if an ad get viral the reward can be unapropriately high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Radancy?

Radancy handles many back-end, day-to-day recruitment-related needs we have, all of which is usually seamless and very effective. But what I like best is the customer service and willingness to meet with us for more creative ideas and adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their contracts often require more than a 1-year commitment. They have been open to working with me, which is appreciated.
