What do you like best about Radancy?

Radancy has stood by everything they said they could help us with, and more. They have pivoted several times and are a true thought partner. They come with ideas and suggestions to enhance our overall strategy and processes to be efficient, and do what we have never done before. The team is extremely knowledgeable, responds quickly always but especially during implementations, and is willing to return to the drawing board until we get it right! What do you like best about Radancy?

The support they give us is unparalleled. The team that I work with is by far the best I have ever experienced. I use them for all of our recruitment marketing and their products are superior to anything else. They keep adding value to their offerings, which allows me to have one vendor manage everything.

Our monthly meetings keep me on track and our quarterly business reviews give me incredible data. During years when I needed to keep our budget flat or even scale back, they helped me do that, determining which tools were providing the best ROI. They always work within my budget and never push for more.

My Radancy team is a true business partner. They can do everything from providing data my VP to gain support on an initiative, to provide product training to my team. They take work off of me. They are also friendly and kind! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radancy?

I honestly can't think of anything. Their services may be more expensive than others, but they can work within your budget and maximize what you can spend. As an HR consultant with over two years of experience using myInterview, I have found the platform to be a practical tool for managing the challenges of modern recruitment. It has supported our efforts to streamline interview processes and provide clients with a dynamic way to evaluate candidates beyond traditional resumes. The platform’s asynchronous nature is particularly helpful for scheduling flexibility, allowing candidates and employers to engage in the process without logistical constraints.

However, as a staunch advocate for equitable hiring, I recognize that video interviews may not suit every candidate. Individuals with limited verbal fluency, discomfort with being on camera, or other communication barriers may find this format challenging. To mitigate these concerns, I ensure that video interviews are part of a broader assessment strategy, integrating tools that provide opportunities for diverse candidates to showcase their strengths in different ways. For me, while the platform has its limitations, it has been a helpful addition to our recruitment toolkit, particularly when combined with measures that ensure fairness and accessibility. What do you like best about Radancy?

It si very straigh forward, easy to manage from HR/Recruuter perspecitve and from candidates perspective as well. The whole interview takes un to 5-10 min to register.
