What do you like best about Quinyx?

Quinyx has designed a user-friendly platform that makes uploading and managing content easy. The layout of the platform also helps our users easily identify what they need to know and what they need to do on a daily basis. The Quinyx team is also very receptive to feedback and values the user's perspective. I can attest that I have seen some of my ideas and suggestions come into fruition on the platform, as the teams collaborate with all of their customers and make enhancements that will benefit the majority of their users. What do you dislike about Quinyx?

The future looks extremely bright with Quinyx and we are very excited to see the upcoming enhancements. I feel a lot of resources have gone into these enhancements and sometimes if we are dealing with a current bug or issue we have to wait for the enhancement to be rolled out in order to see a fix. What do you like best about Quinyx?

I like how easy it is to adjust punches and shifts for my staff. I find that there are very little problems with the app or the desktop version of quinyx and it typically runs smoothly on good Internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's very little I don't like about quinyx but I think ultimately I wish it were easier to adjust details about people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quinyx?

What do you dislike about Quinyx?

That hours in ATK and minutes isnt easy for workers to understand.

Example: Worker has 50.50h ATK

And is off 30 minutes with ATK.

In the system 0.5 is 30 min. So the workers get comfused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quinyx?

The many flexible ways of creating solutions for our business, open API's makes Quinyx a very good tool for our scheduling.

We have the whole global company in one solution which creates endles possibilities for us to share knowledge, support eachother and get data that can be compared across the company. It also creates a familiar enviroment for our employees that allowes them to work in different parts of the company without learning to many new systems. What do you like best about Quinyx?

Being able to access Quinyx via the app to check and amend shifts is super useful. We have a variety of different shifts, so it's easy for the team (and myself!) to forget what which one we're working the next day. The app is also super reliable so I know I'll have no problems checking it when I'm on-the-go, and it allows me to make quick changes without needing to be on a desktop Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quinyx?

There's really not much to dislike! If i had to pick something I would say needing to put underlying shifts for absence, but it's super easy to correct Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quinyx?

The compatibility with other services is great. How easy it is to export the payrolls for all units at once. The overview you get of all employee's schedules and their hours. That the employees get a good overview of their hours and updates of schedule in real-time. Easy to punch in/out from website, webpunch or mobile device. Great with multiple options. The support is fantastic, quick responses and very educated answers. Always friendly. The help docs are also very useful.

Easy to work with and to log in. I use it really often, like i log in at least 10 times at the day and i like that is always smooth, and its easy to intergrate and to be updated with the news. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quinyx?

That you have to click so many times to get to where you want to go. Not always logical where to find certain reports/features/functions. Would like an option to change settings for all units at once, for example set the same geofencing radius for all units instead of doing it separately for every unit. Would also like to be able to search for an employee in all units, currently I have to search for a person in each unit if I have forgotten where they are placed.

On mobile phone is really hard to update shifts and to change them without to somehow change everything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?

Super simple to use, functions well and it looks great.... booking and managing shifts are easy... really like the easy way you request holidays and record time punches with the app. Good overwiev about every schedule and good about how to get everything you need at the same place. What do you like best about Quinyx?

Since we are used to reporting timestamps manually, it will save us alot of time to have everything being reported digitally. There is alot of functionality and will certainly cater to our needs. The Quinyx app will be used daily, and it is relatively simple to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quinyx?

You need to be invested in the training from Quinyx's end since being a complex system. If not, you might rely too much on the Quinyx support and managing the system yourself will be difficult, even with the helpdocs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quinyx?

Employee scheduling is easy to use and adaptable to your store's needs. The costs tracker is very accurate and extremely useful. I use the planner every day and can schedule months in advance. Recently some new features have been added such as being able to drag and drop shifts which is excellent. Since colleagues have had the Quinyx app I have never had any issues with people getting shifts wrong or missing communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quinyx?

Holiday planning and reporting could be a lot more user friendly at a store level. The Analytics and time tracker reports are clunky and inflexible. Once they are run, if you haven't used one of the filters correctly you have to start over again. If a part time colleague applies for holiday this has to be deleted and re-created by manager in order to allocate the correct number of holiday hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quinyx has made the process of rota scheduling and costing a lot quicker and easier and that noticeably reduced the amount of time we have to spend on admin.
