The schedule overview helps a lot with getting a clear understanding of everyone's availability. I have quite some flexibility as a manager to change the booked vacations of my team members if it's necessary. There are many things I don't need or don't fully understand. For example, many properties are only relevant for employees paid by working hours, and they are not that relevant for full-time employees who don't need to clock in and out during their working day.
I also don't fully understand the unassigned shifts concept. I was told I could ignore them, but it'd be nice to know where they come from.

Quinyx has designed a user-friendly platform that makes uploading and managing content easy. The layout of the platform also helps our users easily identify what they need to know and what they need to do on a daily basis. The Quinyx team is also very receptive to feedback and values the user's perspective. I can attest that I have seen some of my ideas and suggestions come into fruition on the platform, as the teams collaborate with all of their customers and make enhancements that will benefit the majority of their users. The future looks extremely bright with Quinyx and we are very excited to see the upcoming enhancements. I feel a lot of resources have gone into these enhancements and sometimes if we are dealing with a current bug or issue we have to wait for the enhancement to be rolled out in order to see a fix. I like how easy it is to adjust punches and shifts for my staff. I find that there are very little problems with the app or the desktop version of quinyx and it typically runs smoothly on good Internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

And is off 30 minutes with ATK.

The many flexible ways of creating solutions for our business, open API's makes Quinyx a very good tool for our scheduling.

Being able to access Quinyx via the app to check and amend shifts is super useful. We have a variety of different shifts, so it's easy for the team (and myself!) to forget what which one we're working the next day. The app is also super reliable so I know I'll have no problems checking it when I'm on-the-go, and it allows me to make quick changes without needing to be on a desktop Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's really not much to dislike! If i had to pick something I would say needing to put underlying shifts for absence, but it's super easy to correct Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The compatibility with other services is great. How easy it is to export the payrolls for all units at once. The overview you get of all employee's schedules and their hours. That the employees get a good overview of their hours and updates of schedule in real-time. Easy to punch in/out from website, webpunch or mobile device. Great with multiple options. The support is fantastic, quick responses and very educated answers. Always friendly. The help docs are also very useful.
Easy to work with and to log in. I use it really often, like i log in at least 10 times at the day and i like that is always smooth, and its easy to intergrate and to be updated with the news. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That you have to click so many times to get to where you want to go. Not always logical where to find certain reports/features/functions. Would like an option to change settings for all units at once, for example set the same geofencing radius for all units instead of doing it separately for every unit. Would also like to be able to search for an employee in all units, currently I have to search for a person in each unit if I have forgotten where they are placed.

Since we are used to reporting timestamps manually, it will save us alot of time to have everything being reported digitally. There is alot of functionality and will certainly cater to our needs. Employee scheduling is easy to use and adaptable to your store's needs. The costs tracker is very accurate and extremely useful. I use the planner every day and can schedule months in advance. Recently some new features have been added such as being able to drag and drop shifts which is excellent. Since colleagues have had the Quinyx app I have never had any issues with people getting shifts wrong or missing communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Holiday planning and reporting could be a lot more user friendly at a store level. The Analytics and time tracker reports are clunky and inflexible. Once they are run, if you haven't used one of the filters correctly you have to start over again.
