It is easy to implement a team OKR process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is reasonable but can be indirect at times to get where you want to go. Sometimes it is hard to find a goal that you created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Quantum Workplace software has not presented me with any challenges and was very easy to pick up. The platform appears to offer a fair amount of customization as to its implementation (although I'm an end user, so I can't speak to how well the backend works for this). I haven't run into any bugs and haven't had to contact support, but the standard user guides are more than comprehensive enough for the features that end users regularly interact with. Quantum Workplace is a tool and can only work as well as your company's broader performance management and employee engagement systems. It isn't a "drop-in" platform and relies on those systems being in place in order to move above being functional into actually being useful. If your company doesn't already have robust systems in place to handle employee engagement and performance management, Quantum Workplace won't change that (from my experience, at least) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Templates available are very good to gather employee feedback and measure their engagement level.

To export the report to other formats for deeper analysis can be a challenge at times.
One need to have a good technical expertise to implement advance integration. So, that can be made easier with few default configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The various modules that Quantum Workplace offers allows flexibility for you and your business and with the ease of the implementation team, a module can be integrated quite quickly depending on your tiemline. Adding new users and syncing with external databases allows the users list to be accurate easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, between members of the team, I am given misinformation that then has to be corrected in the system. It would be nice if everyone on the implementation team would make sure they have correct informaiton before sharing a "solution" that ultimately isn't correct. With that said, for almost anything I've encountered, the customer service has been top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very user-friendly and intuitive platform, making it easy for both mangers and employees to navigate. It truly feels like a one-stop shop! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the performance review section placed the employee score at the bottom of the page. When reviewing annual assessments with frontline team members, the first thing they notice is the score at the top, and it often leads to disappointment before they even get to the positive feedback. This score shouldn't be the first thing they see, as it can overshadow all the encouraging comments about their hard work and accomplishments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that the various funciality of the features and how they tie together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish in my case that there was more funiciality that transfer over to our HRIS system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Quantum Workplace offers a professional and user-friendly platform that makes goal setting and performance reviews easy to setup and keep a track of. Unlike using outdated or generic templates like a word processor or spreadsheet, this appl allows you to easily define your goals, choose how they are tracked by way of adding milestones of what should be accomplished and when they should be completed. The submission process is straightforward, providing meaningful feedback and development for both employee and manager. Highly recommend it for any business looking to enhance their performance management process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some options for goal tracking and reporting are limited, which might not be suited for businesses with highly specific requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My company has worked with a few team goals and reviews programs and I must say this one, Quantum Workplace has been the best so far. I dont have any confusions on who has the task and the application has a bunch of pre-defined goals that were great to use out of the box. I di8dnt have to re-invent the wheel to setup my teams with improvement goals during their reviews. Great job of convincing my company to go with such a great platform and keep up the great work. I havent got to the 1on1 section of the application but on a glance it would be nice to tie the goals to this section so assignments can be done on an interval lets say like a 6 week evaluation of an employee. That would be a great add if possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like using Quantum because it helps me track my goals add comments and updates to my goals, put how far along I am, gives my manager visibility into it and also helps my manager see where I am at with things and she can leave comments too. I also like that I can track my 1:1's and add comments on things I wanna talk about and that is then shared with my manager so it helps give talking points. I like that I can also see company wide goals and things going on which makes me feel very close to company and see what is happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think what is least helpful is that I don't know how to fully use everything and the full capabilities of Quantum. A training or more infromation on all it has to offer would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that Quantum Workplace is our one stop shop for all our performance management needs. From qoal setting and feedback to check-ins and reviews, when it comes to tracking an employee's performance, Quantum has everything we need. It's easy to use the features and our employees are using Quantum at least on a monthly basis if not more. We have Quantum integrated with Teams so employees are reminded of action items. We've also had a great support from the Quantum Team. They're always willing to share how to use new features and help make the system work for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Quantum rolls out a lot of new features which is great, but we often learn about these from our use of the system and not from Quantum. When we discover something, we have to ask Quantum to tell us more about it. Additionally, sometimes the way the system is set up is not exactly how we want it to work at our Firm. It would be nice if we could customize the system to our needs instead of having to fit our Perfomance Management efforts to Quantum's system/set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is quite simple, it has some features that I use lots of the time (personal goals, team goals, praise for coworkers). It helps me keep track of my progress, and I like to see the progress bar on my goals! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have had issues with logging into Quantum for a while. Our company uses SSO to log into Quantum but it keeps giving me errors. I then have to log in using the Incognito mode of Google Chrome, this is an inconvenience and I was quite annoyed by it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
