The platform has promoted employees engagement and also maximised their performances. The platform is the best SaaS for employees advocacy and discussion platform. The dashboard is centralised promoting tasks manipulation. With the artificial intelligence system it becomes easy to follow employee actions. Straightforward workflow and automation tools, integrations for heaps of popular services and all the tools you need to build your own. SSO is a breeze to integrate with Surveys and directories. A limited number of steps and a lack of conditional branching available in workflows. Trying to perform tasks that don't already exist in Workflows can be restrictive, even with Javascript. Not possible to perform looped tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI is excellent and friendly on both mobile and desktop. The survey design tools are exceptional and best in class. Action planning support is robust along with analytics and insights being simple to surface from collected data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whilst integration capablity is strong, such as good SSO support, further development is required in this space to ensure greater integation capabilities with third-party systems (either via API or other means). Employee listening is a critical function and Qualtrics allows for employee lifecycle events to trigger employee listening actions with minimal manual intervention.
