What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience?

The tool overall is intuitive. Hoping the guides are more on video rather than text or screenshots. The community is also helpful. As a first time user of Qualtrics. I didn't have many challenges understanding the platform. Just hoping the tour guide at the starter menu is more informative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience?

Data integration to other databases like SAP seems complicated. We need to pay third-party support to configure it, which takes many billable hours. Validating dashboard data is challenging as I need to move to a different tab to see the actual data. This would be a better user experience if something like excel that if you select the filter, you can download those data components within the filtered dashboard. It answers critical employee experience journey. We are now using tickets to solve risk and potential issues in the workforce. I like that you can set a broad goal for your team. He is very nice and brings something positive to the team. I like the way it helps you evaluate your performance. EX has helped us understand the gaps in employee engagement, and the onboarding surveys have helped us improve the onboarding experience. Employee engagement helps us focus on the KPIs which has helped us to implement changes suggested by the employee in the survey which has helped improve the overall morale of the organization and increase productivity. the EXIT surveys have helped us understand where we are lacking and reduce employee turnover. overall Qualtrics EX is a complete solution to increase employee engagement. Qualtrics offers invaluable privacy features, making it a plus in creating surveys to keep the private data of respondents confidential. It contributes to processing data in a massive, fast and efficient way, freeing us from too much tedious work. It allows us to focus on the things that matter and on solving problems thanks to the information, we can recover without so much trouble. It means that the search for solutions does not have to be complicated. Customer support is undoubtedly exceptional, one of the best in the entire market; it is professionals on call who always find the most practical way to solve any problem. We generate personalized surveys, which helps us to keep up with the order of the day in the company and to make complete feedback within the work team anonymously; the processing and expression of the data help us to speed up the work and a quick reading of the collected information, which provides us with solutions to any situation that we are presenting. At the time of generating the reports, the tools can be a bit crude and generally, this function does not present the data as need it; we must take the time always to edit certain things every time we need it. In general terms, it is a great tool that gives us the most potent weapon we did not know we had, and it is here within our work team. It is an excellent survey generator system and vital to finding more accurate solutions without having to play guessing games; Qualtrics offers reliable data. Qualtrics Employee Experience is a program that offers us the opportunity to better investigate and analyze the skill and effectiveness of each of our co-workers through surveys or other dynamic processes that offer employees a scenario where they can discard and assert their knowledge, what I like about this platform is how it can boost productivity in a short time, it is beneficial and functional, as well as it serves to expose the needs, with the mission of having control and responses to each of them, this program is suitable for viewing the comments of employees and co-workers regardless of the very high number of people who can participate, all this is possible through a convenient and easy interface, we I like how intuitive this software is shown to us. What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience?

One of the main shortcomings that this program may have is the limitation of design and customization in each of the new projects that are carried out with this software, the board that is shown on the screen can be much more attractive in order to feed much more the good experience of its users, on the other hand we are not completely satisfied with the people in charge of responding to the technical problems of the program, these can be somewhat disastrous when acting. We have taken advantage of the benefits and free versions of this program in order to investigate and better serve the company's commercial events; Qualtrics Employee Experience has been beneficial thanks to the ease of use and how we have the capacity so Easy to create or build forms that help in the performance of the company and streamline the daily operations of workers as well as area managers, this software is designed to provide reliability and comfort to each of the survey participants and the program will be in charge of summarizing the results and being able to analyze it without any inconvenience, most of those in charge of working hand in hand with this program in the human resources department and they are completely satisfied with their performance. Once the Request for Proposals had been finalized, all of the promised features needed to be implemented. Our ability to share our findings with others was hindered due to access limitations on specific dashboards (but this problem is getting fixed). Additionally, we were told that exporting tools and presentations such as PPT would be available, but they still need to be functional and even planned out at all for now. We haven't used any other employee engagement platforms, and Qualtrics is the one we used for this use case, and it works great so far. We can able to personalize the experience for different teams and track the performance of our employees easily. Also, it helped us to get feedback from our employees who work remotely. When we started to use Qualtrics Employee Engagement Software, the features are a little confusing, and it was a little bit hard to set up everything, and take about a month for us to finish setting up our use cases.
