The tool overall is intuitive. Hoping the guides are more on video rather than text or screenshots. The community is also helpful. As a first time user of Qualtrics. Data integration to other databases like SAP seems complicated. We need to pay third-party support to configure it, which takes many billable hours. Validating dashboard data is challenging as I need to move to a different tab to see the actual data. This would be a better user experience if something like excel that if you select the filter, you can download those data components within the filtered dashboard. At the time of generating the reports, the tools can be a bit crude and generally, this function does not present the data as need it; we must take the time always to edit certain things every time we need it. One of the main shortcomings that this program may have is the limitation of design and customization in each of the new projects that are carried out with this software, the board that is shown on the screen can be much more attractive in order to feed much more the good experience of its users, on the other hand we are not completely satisfied with the people in charge of responding to the technical problems of the program, these can be somewhat disastrous when acting. Once the Request for Proposals had been finalized, all of the promised features needed to be implemented. Our ability to share our findings with others was hindered due to access limitations on specific dashboards (but this problem is getting fixed). Additionally, we were told that exporting tools and presentations such as PPT would be available, but they still need to be functional and even planned out at all for now.
