What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

I can open an existing project and make just a couple updates or changes to get responses from my target audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice if the questions would update their numerical order when you delete a question. Instead, the numbers seem out of order and I spend time changing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

I appreciate the variety of features that Qualtrics Customer Experience has to offer. My team receives accurate data about our customers' experiences thanks to its user-friendly interface. In addition, we use our advanced analytics capabilities to make strategic decisions about how we can better serve our customers. The lack of transparency Qualtrics provides regarding service updates disappoints me. It is difficult to gauge how an update might affect my surveys and other features without advance notice. What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

Qualtrics can create comprehensive, customisable analytics that works well for both survey creation and data analysis. I use it for study, work, and personal/life stuff. What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

Absolutely everything!

We are able to build Surveys with ease using Survey Builder. We can visualize the data in a meaningful manner in Dadhboard. Also, text iQ feature is a cherry on the top as we are able to collect insights from open ended questions as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

As I mentioned earlier, I like everythibg about Qualtrics CX. But since you're asking, one thing that comes to mind is that it would be better to have some support agent who have knowledge of basic javascript. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualtrics Customer Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a lot of Surveys that collect open ended data. Text iQ feature has been a lifesaver when it comes to gathering sentiment of customers. Also, pre build topics in Text iQ are very helful.
