Qualtrics can create comprehensive, customisable analytics that works well for both survey creation and data analysis. I use it for study, work, and personal/life stuff. We are able to build Surveys with ease using Survey Builder. We can visualize the data in a meaningful manner in Dadhboard. Also, text iQ feature is a cherry on the top as we are able to collect insights from open ended questions as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As I mentioned earlier, I like everythibg about Qualtrics CX. But since you're asking, one thing that comes to mind is that it would be better to have some support agent who have knowledge of basic javascript. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
