What I like best about Qtrac is it's functionality, ease of use and great customer support. Qtrac queing system greatly improved our client's experience.  We went from paper sign-in to Qtrac and our client's are so happy we finally implemented Qtrac queuing.

I can't say there's anything I dislike about Qtrac- when we first launched, there was some anticipated growing pains but with the help of their customer support team, we were able to move foward quickly!

**What problems is Qtrac Virtual Queuing and Appointment Scheduling Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing Qtrac Virtual Queuing, we had paper sign-in for our clients and calling out to clients when they are ready to be seen- this brought alot of problems, most of all, being inefficient and inaccurate; causing client frustration. With Qtrac Virtual Queuing, not only did it up the level of professionalism in our office-- we are able to serve clients quickly, track important data (people seen, time and reason) and have oversight of staff productivity.  The Support Team: Mike B., Sean H and Gabriel R along with  Laura Simonson (Customer Success Rep)  have always been there to support our transition and implementation.  The Qtrac features keep growing and evolving-- which helps us serve our client's better.

**What do you like best about Qtrac Virtual Queuing and Appointment Scheduling Platform?**

Qtrac would be our third vendor for a line management solution. We are happy with our selection. Some of the previous vendors didn't have an efficient customer service team or didn't quite have the infrastructure. The system always runs as it should, we haven't experienced issues we previously saw with the other vendors.

Kiosks and monitors have been easy to manage, and their ticket roll is 600+ feet, which saves us time from changing the kiosk paper.  Qtrac has been a great solution. Anytime we have an issue their live chat has been very quick, helpful and easy to use. Their Kiosk came installed with all the software, so all we needed to do was put them in place. Reporting is nice and easy, and staff find it easy to call customers up to a window. 

We recently asked if the system would allow customers to receive a notification if they didn't check-in to their appointment. The system didn't have the feature and the support team began working on it with frequent updates. It's nice to know that they are willing to add features that best fit our processes.

Staff found implementation easy, they picked up it quickly and without any issues. 

Their team has been great, I have had a very positive experience with Laura, Omkar, Mike, Gabriel, Sean and so many more from their help desk team!

**What do you dislike about Qtrac Virtual Queuing and Appointment Scheduling Platform?**

I dislike how to set up monitors. I know it's a one-time process, but to connect the device the it will send a device code (alpha and numberic) that you need to copy over to the monitor. It can be difficult when trying to type and holding a keyboard with one had.

They allow for our customers to get in to a virtual line within our limited waiting space. Customers can then leave the area and wait to be called to a window.

With Qtrac we were able to streamline our process and provide the best possible experience for potential customers and partners. Loved how customizable and user friendly the platform is! The team that helped us do our implementation was beyond helpful and got everything set up insanely fast!

Currently the only downfall to the platform is that I cannot run reports myself, but the team is very quick on getting me the reports I need following each event.

Previously we were managing a queue of event attendees manually in order to experience our product. It was diffucult to keep track of with the volume of people waiting. We also had to have each person fill out a seperate form in order to join our mailing list, but now with Qtrac we are able to easily do it all in one place!

What I like best about Qtrac virtual queuing system is that it is extremly user friendly. It is very easy to use and train new staff on. More so, I have had the best expierence working with the Qtrac team. The implentation and customer support have been above and beyond. We use Qtrac 5 days a week, 8 am to 5 pm, and it has been great!

The only feature, I wish I had access to was to run my own Qtrac reports. However, the Q trac support team, proves this information quickly once asked.

Customer support if very good. When we find bugs, these are always addressed very swiftly.

It is not as intuative as develepers think. In order to make every day changes (for example changing hours of operation for only 1 queue in a location) you have to go to multiple areas of the website. 
Additionally, making changes to communication is not intuative as you also have to make simialr changes across mutlitple areas. This causes a high liklihood of human erro.

We love all of the features available with Q trac system. This has helped us with reporting time management of our employees and get important data on what our customers come into our stores for.

So far the system has been quite good. There are slight growing pains with the update but the Qtrac Help desk has been very helpful. The help desk manager Sean has been quick to respond to any issues we have which is quite incredible!

The schedule is defined weekly, so sporadic appointments require more effort to put in the scheduler (for example, only open in the morning during the first week, only open in the afternoon on the 2nd week, and open all day on the third week.)

Lack of a complete, user-friendly interface for the public to upload all kinds of information about their specific scheduling requests

The dynamic report builder is fantastic. It allows me to build the report that I would like to see rather than depend on ad-hoc reports generated on the fly.

Though I like the dynamic reporting feature, it would still be helpful to generate specific reports on the fly.  Also, the real-time monitor would benefit significantly from a design refresh.

We like that the software is customizable to fit our needs.  The project team has always been available to work with us and provide solutions.

We have had a challenge finding an alert solution for our team members to get notified when a member has signed into the queue, currently Qtrac only offers SMS and Email alerts.  We also have a number of branches and each branch is configured separately so there is not an easy way to validate the programing across all of the branches when a change is made.

Qtrac allows for a more efficient sign in process with a hands free solution using the QR codes and virtual queueing.  With Qtrac we have added the appointment scheduling for our members and team members to make appointments in all of our branches with ease.  Some benefits include team members being able to schedule appointments based on peak times and team members can see all of the appointments for the branch.  Another benefit is the ability to create some more customizable reporting from Qtrac.

Flexibility:  the system is very configurable, the implementation team from Lavi is very customer-focused.  Out of the box comes a very functional system, but working with Lavi turned this system into a perfect solution.
Customer Focus:  Lavi Industries is extremely focused on the customer.  They respond to requests immediately.  Most importantly, they listen and understand the customer.

I have discovered nothing to my dislike about the Qtrac system or Lavi Industries.

**Recommendations to others considering Qtrac Virtual Queuing and Appointment Scheduling Platform:**

For the first step of implementation, I recommend getting stakeholders involved upfront.  Next, gather requirements from them individually and then meet with Lavi Industries as a team.  The system is flexible enough to develop a combined solution that meets everyone's needs, at least it was for me.

Qtrac has helped us establish an organized customer flow in our service center.  The customizable metrics let us measure service delivery intervals and fine-tune our process.  The benefits are measured in time and customer satisfaction.

The Virtual Queue software elevated the customer service level in our office by removing a lobby of customers stuck waiting for their turn. The freedom the Virtual Queue provides our customers, makes the visit to the DMV more pleasant. Customers register with the queue and then based on their line position will have the ability to run other errands, get a coffee or bite to eat and are no longer forced to sit in a lobby for unforseen times. This system alleviates stress on our customers which in return alleviates stress on our employees. It is a WIN-WIN system for a DMV. The system also provides ways to communicate with the customer if situations come up before it is their turn. We can provide additional information for the customer based on the reason for their visit. This helps the customer be more prepared for their visit and we experience less turnaways and multiple visits by our customers to get their transaction processed. This system has also provided help with the current issues surrounding COVID-19, helping with social distancing and keeping customers from a confined space for long amounts of time.

There is nothing that we dislike about the Queue system. We wish we would have found it sooner.

I like that consumers receive SMS confirmations in real-time for confirmations and appointment updates. If they have any questions they can also chat with a real human.

Qtrac should explore adding alternative messaging channels such as Whatsapp and RCS. These channels offer a richer messaging experience and should improve the customer experience as a whole.

We are helping our clients to manage appointments more efficiently and transparently. Appointments were previously done by writing down customers' names of them having to use a take a number ticket dispenser.

We use Qtrac to get quick information to our customers, how long they will be waiting in line. Also what spot they are in line, with the text messages we have seen an approvement in efficiency with our staff since the customers are more incline to see text messages on their phones.

Auto-SMS messaging for communication to students.

The system is built for each user to provide the service to the students who visit our office. However, we use a front desk of workers who check visitors in and direct them to the service providers.

**What problems is Qtrac Virtual Queuing and Appointment Scheduling Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Cancel button used when someone doesn't show up on their turn initially pushed the student back three places in line. This was inconvenient because the next two students in line might also be No Shows. We asked the Cancel button be reprogrammed to move the student to the end of the line instead to reduce steps for our check-in staff and the number of auto-SMS messages being sent and confusing the students in the waitlist.
We also need to stop the entry of students into the line once we reach a mass capacity of students we will be able to service for the remainder of our open hours. The "number of tickets allowed" does not work for this need because it allowing people into the waitlist once the number goes down. So we are manually changing the closed time and closed message twice each day to indicate we are open but not accepting waitlist entries. Then change it back tot he correct time and closed hours message at the end of the day.
