What I like best about Qtrac is it's functionality, ease of use and great customer support. Qtrac queing system greatly improved our client's experience. I can't say there's anything I dislike about Qtrac- when we first launched, there was some anticipated growing pains but with the help of their customer support team, we were able to move foward quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prior to implementing Qtrac Virtual Queuing, we had paper sign-in for our clients and calling out to clients when they are ready to be seen- this brought alot of problems, most of all, being inefficient and inaccurate; causing client frustration. With Qtrac Virtual Queuing, not only did it up the level of professionalism in our office-- we are able to serve clients quickly, track important data (people seen, time and reason) and have oversight of staff productivity. The Support Team: Mike B., Sean H and Gabriel R along with Laura Simonson (Customer Success Rep) have always been there to support our transition and implementation. What do you like best about Qtrac Virtual Queuing and Appointment Scheduling Platform?

Qtrac would be our third vendor for a line management solution. We are happy with our selection. Some of the previous vendors didn't have an efficient customer service team or didn't quite have the infrastructure. The system always runs as it should, we haven't experienced issues we previously saw with the other vendors.

Kiosks and monitors have been easy to manage, and their ticket roll is 600+ feet, which saves us time from changing the kiosk paper. Qtrac has been a great solution. Anytime we have an issue their live chat has been very quick, helpful and easy to use. Their Kiosk came installed with all the software, so all we needed to do was put them in place. Reporting is nice and easy, and staff find it easy to call customers up to a window.

We recently asked if the system would allow customers to receive a notification if they didn't check-in to their appointment. The system didn't have the feature and the support team began working on it with frequent updates. It's nice to know that they are willing to add features that best fit our processes.

Staff found implementation easy, they picked up it quickly and without any issues.

Their team has been great, I have had a very positive experience with Laura, Omkar, Mike, Gabriel, Sean and so many more from their help desk team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike how to set up monitors. I know it's a one-time process, but to connect the device the it will send a device code (alpha and numberic) that you need to copy over to the monitor. With Qtrac we were able to streamline our process and provide the best possible experience for potential customers and partners. Loved how customizable and user friendly the platform is! Previously we were managing a queue of event attendees manually in order to experience our product. It was diffucult to keep track of with the volume of people waiting. What I like best about Qtrac virtual queuing system is that it is extremly user friendly. It is very easy to use and train new staff on. More so, I have had the best expierence working with the Qtrac team. The implentation and customer support have been above and beyond. We use Qtrac 5 days a week, 8 am to 5 pm, and it has been great! It is not as intuative as develepers think. In order to make every day changes (for example changing hours of operation for only 1 queue in a location) you have to go to multiple areas of the website.

Additionally, making changes to communication is not intuative as you also have to make simialr changes across mutlitple areas. This causes a high liklihood of human erro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
