I like that the service team was basically there with me every step of the way. They are very responsive. Because I had never used Qstream before, I was overwhelmed at first at all that i had to consider. The format in which to send my questions, the sources of the responses. I just was concerned about ease of integration and timeline . it seemed i need a lot of lead time to allow for programming etc. but in the end, the service team was able to make it all happen and I was able to deliver a Quiz to my audience in a timely manner.
