The team is very hands on when onboarding new companies and they're there to help make everything go smoothly. Cap table management is a necessity if you plan to establish and maintain an equity incentive plan and the price is far better than alternatives out there. 10/10 would recommend. It takes out all of the guess work and helped me interact with existing and potential investors seamlessly. The site can be a bit overwhelming at first to understand what is what as a new founder. There are lot of terms and parameters that I had to google what it meant - my only feedback would be to include more help text or tool tip bubbles to help me figure things out - maybe an example too. We also got a 409A valuation done right away. The report was thorough, reflecting the state of our business accurately and fairly, and sets a great basis for our equity-based compensation plan.

The web-based userinterface is intuitive and so far seems to offer everything we need, and a few that I didn't relaize I needed. - Like a solid boiler-plate option agreement for use (as as a starting point) when using options to compensate international contractors. When I signed up I was torn between Pulley and its competitors (Carta and AngelList). Similar services, similar prices.

Pulley was promoting their service with a simpler/faster onboarding process and I can confirm that it was really smooth. The rep was friendly and walked me through the process.
