PSOhub provides a great oversight on all the elements of projects like the budget, time planning and tasks. Every update makes it even easier to use. A new feature I really like is to be able to copy hours from the previous week into the current one, so that they do not all have to be entered manually one by one. Customer support is usually very helpful and what is best is how they continue to improve the system! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When someone in the team goes over the planned amount of time unfortunately it is not calculated in the total amount of 'money spent', so it is not immediately obvious whether the overtime is out of budget or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall clean and easy to understand UI design, myself being an graphic designer and website builder I can really appreciate the overall look and feel of the website and the ease of use du to this layout. I use this tool daily to log my hours, check different goals and targets, check my personal planning and the different projects I am working on. The feature I like the most is real time hour writing by simply integrating the PsoHub addon in your browers so you can set the project you are working on and a small discription and start the clock. Once you are done you press stop and the hours are automatically logged. Therefor the ease of implementation is optimal and very straight forward. With great customer support if you do need some help figuring things out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much that I dont like. I would only maybe want the personal dashboard to be extended a little bit showing more comparitive information, for example compairing previous months or the same month last year to see growth for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration from HubSpot that makes turning a won deal into a live project is really great.
Managing my live projects in PSOHub is then really efficient. I use the templates for contracts and tasks to save me time and ensire that tasks are not forgotten/left out, but I also manage those tasks (add new ones, close old ones) throughout the day. Those tasks frive my daily schedule and the My Tasks feature is really handy. Assinging tasks to others in the team so them can see their schedule on the Overall Gantt chart is aniother great efficiency. Time logging is easy and intuitve - I add time to service project tickets via HubSpot and time on projects in PSOHub. On the occassions I have used the online support, I have found them to be very reponsible and helpful. I use PSOHub every day, all day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like a few more settings to change the way my PSOHub works. For example, when listing projects I'd like to be able to set the tab always to Favourites. I have a lot of service projects as well as bespoke projects but I only need to monitor the bespoke ones which Itag as favourites and having that extra click after selecting Projects mounts up during the day. Similarly, when I look at a project, I want to go straight to Tasks rather than Contracts. The ability to be able to create dashboards with report data in HubSpot is very useful and I'd love the same in PSOHub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a content expert I have worked with numerous project management tools. I find PSOHUB easy to use on a daily basis. I primarily use it to manage my tasks and to timesheet the work I delivered. I like how you can fill in your Google calendar and it automatically is shown in your timesheet calendar. I've had a few minor issues with the software and the customer support team was very reactive and eager to help. My PM colleagues love how it's integrated with Hubspot and their CRM system. When you check your tasks, you can easily see future tasks, but it's a bit devious to check what you have done in the past. Another thing is that you get logged of several times during the day when inactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PSO Hub has helped us meet our project management needs as a small company. It’s really helped us integrate utilisation tracking, timesheets, and cost management which has really helped us project, plan and manage our people. The platform is relatively intuitive and most things are were you might think they should be. The cusotmer support and develpoment team are highly connected and agile, as a few issues and improvement opportunities were flagged to the csutomer services and within weeks, there was a fix. Great job PSO hub, as this is what a small software company shoud be able to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main negative I've personally encountered with PSO Hub is the limited access staff timesheets. As a manager, having full visibility into team members' time tracking is important for ensuring transparency, accountability and project tracking. This would be a nice feature to see in the future. I like that I can see my hours entered in a few different format options. The weekly view is my typical go to method. But I've seen it evolve across the past few years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I typically have to export the Excel file version to my client and the spreadsheets have gotten significantly better, but the columns are always tedious to decipher and usually I have to add my own columns to finish the billing task. The project selection drop downs are tedious when entering multiple clients with multiple sub projects. I've had to delegate this to my staff because the data entry is not effective use of my time then I still need to audit afterwards. I liked the Google calendar integration a few years ago, but my client asked contractors to not use it since there were issues with consistency. Psohub can't distinguish between billable and non billable Google calendar appointments/ entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Timesheets being linked directly to project tasks list so that spend against budget can be reviewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unable to enter free text in search fields (i.e. being restricted to using the dropdown menus)
Unable to configure fields (e.g. the date format is not recognised as a date when exported to excel and there is no way to change this within PSO HUB.
Limited project planning functionality (i.e. it is not a replacement for MS Project)
Inability to drill through on financial information to be able to see the associated transactions
No risk, issue, assumption, decision management
Limited reporting capability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives us insights in how to get a nice overview of our employees. Capacity planning for us as a consultancy is very important. This way we can keep track of the total capacity of our employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes things are not totally accurate. While updates are going on, it remains sometimes a bit unfinished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
generally layout is good and well categorised. easy enough to nagivate. hours and expense use the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Frustrating, NO SAVE button feature, when completing a task of adding reciept to an expense the continuing action is to 'close'. is not initvative and find myself making the mistake constantly. The 'X' and close are too similar for separate functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to track how much time has been spent on which assignments and tasks, making for a time-saving and easy to use tool, especially once you get in to the habit of updating it at the end of each workday as a fix closing ritual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing comes to mind, I found my way pretty well from first use off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
