ProProfs Knowledge Base could benefit from additional controls over notifications. Currently, only the account owner receives notifications about documents pending publishing. ProProfs Knowledge Base is a unique tool designed keeping in mind both types of users - the ones who know how to code and the ones who are beginners or have zero knowledge of coding. My team and I fall in the second category, but despite that, we have had no difficulties while using the software. That, I would say, is something I loved about it.
