What do you like best about ProProfs Knowledge Base Software?

ProProfs Knowledge Base is one of the easiest tools we have used so far. We wanted a tool that doesn’t require coding knowledge, since we come from a non-technical background. What do you like best about ProProfs Knowledge Base Software?

It’s hard to answer this in a few words. There are a lot of things that we just loved about this tool - wide-ranging templates, powerful customization options, export, import, easy writing, and publishing. Besides these, we could also integrate the tool with various other software. For instance, we use Zendesk for ticketing, and ProProfs Knowledge Base integrates well with Zendesk - this made the software even more valuable for our customer support process. ProProfs Knowledge Base software has got everything for every need. That’s the best part. For instance, we wanted the tool to help us with the workflow process and team collaboration. Its features allowed us to set workflows while writing content and allot different roles - editor, contributor, and administrator to different teams and groups. What do you like best about ProProfs Knowledge Base Software?

We were amazed by the detailed reports provided by the tool. They were of real help to us in understanding how customers are using our knowledge base. The best part anyone can understand reports as they are in graphical and tabular forms. We had no idea that the reports would capture even minor details like the number of articles created weekly and keywords that do not deliver accurate information. ProProfs Knowledge Base is a simple product with advanced features. We initially thought that the product might require us to be good at coding, but thankfully, we could work with the product even with minimum coding knowledge. Their customer support is awesome! They are always willing to help and will do a lot of customization when things aren't looking or working the way you hoped. Their templates library is awesome and gives you options to select from a range of templates. You can even customize your template as per your product design. What do you like best about ProProfs Knowledge Base Software?

The tool is of immense help when it comes to creating an online product document. Its contextual help feature lets you add tooltips, popups and lightboxes to explain the complicated features and terminologies related to a product. Writing and editing content is a breeze with the MS Word-like editor it offers. You can even upload content, images and videos directly to the product document. What do you dislike about ProProfs Knowledge Base Software?

There is nothing that I disliked strongly about the product. But yes, I would say its 15 days trial version is something I wasn’t satisfied with. I feel it’s too less time to understand a product.
