Through ProofHub I was able to manage both my internal team and my client's team on the same platform. My favorite feature was the ability to create task board (Kanban board) and assign tasks to different people. They had just implented the calendar feature when I started using ProofHub. I think that it needs a good bit more work for it to flow more easily. ProofHub has been a one-stop-shop for all of our efficiency goals; honestly, there are no limits to what you and your team can accomplish with the ProofHub toolset once your team is accustomed to the level of control and diligence that ProofHub provides. I love how there is a format for everything you might need to do; I use it for tracking client projects, managing tasks, sharing files, proofing designs, taking notes, tracking time, checking progress reports, and much more. Sometimes it takes time to get load. Its loading time is high for me. I have to wait to get it to load completely before I can check my status otherwise it gets hung. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's fast and easy to use. Everything is organized to be used for any work management & task tracking requirement. There are many tools which I don't know how and when to use and what for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part is the tool's diverse features for remote communication. We have multiple teams that work remotely and it has become easier to manage internal communication, tasks and updates using the software. Earlier, we were using Skype and emails for communicating with remote members but it often was hard to manage. With Proofhub, we can onboard members to a single account and get them collaborating faster. We also liked the workflow feature and the fact that each task list can have a separate workflow. Not much to mention here but we feel that there should be an option to control notifications. Something like snoozing the notifications for 1 hour or allowing notifications for a given time of the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ProofHub is a cloud-based work management and team collaboration tool that offers teams a plethora of features.Its user interface is simple and straightforward.

The support team gave a great demo, thoroughly describing everything and emphasizing how the technology may help our marketing department. One of the best aspects is their simple and easily accessible Kanban boards. We've created workflows for each team, and everyone enjoys moving through the stages.

I'd also like to call attention to the time tracking and online proofing tools, which are great for team efficiency. Overall, the product is valuable and cost-effective when it comes to task management.

On the ProofHub platform, I like the internal messaging feature, the one thing that I like the most. It allows my team members to chat with each other, share files, and collaborate without leaving the platform, thus making remote team communication a breeze. Even though I like how functional the platform is, sometimes I can’t help but feel a little overwhelmed due to the initial learning curve of the platform. After a dreadful experience with another application, I was hesitant to trust a software let alone experiment with my team's future. Surprisingly, ProofHub exceeded all of my expectations; it is incredibly simple to use, user-friendly, and packed with functionality. It has aided my team in accomplishing a great deal, especially given the challenges of remote work.
