Our company really enjoys the fact that with ProofHub all communication within departments takes place in one information environment! It is also worth noting that it is possible to regulate access to a certain topic to a certain circle of people, i.e. the problem of solving a certain issue may concern certain people, but not others. This is extremely important for us, as it is a quick solution to issues, tasks, structuring communication between all departments, they are aware of what is going on. I have no complaints about the service, everything that is there suits our company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about ProofHub is how it simplifies managing various aspects of content marketing. As I can handle everything from content creation and collaboration to proofing, all from one place. Once we finalize campaign objectives, I use the ‘discussion’ board to document our plan and make adjustments on the go. I really like its ability to create custom workflows and manage tasks using the ‘board’ view. Everyone on the team stays updated about the status of the tasks and everything becomes pretty self-manageable for team leads. As a head of content marketing, I particularly appreciate the calendar and the Gantt chart features. They help me track tasks and subtasks and see how asset creation is going in alignment with our social media goals. The ability to review and approve creative assets on time, share feedback, and manage external collaborators with ease is a huge advantage. Plus, collaborating outside the organization without paying anything extra is a huge plus for us. The centralized file management system of ProofHub saved us a lot for an additional cloud service. Well, it is hard to pinpoint specific dislikes, but one area could be its invoicing functionality. Although they already provide one with QuickBooks integration, I just want to see some more straightforward way to handle billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ProofHub is a great content management app that brings teamwork right next to the task details. Task assignees can share the files directly to the tasks from local and cloud storage to help managers upload project documents directly into a project. All the documents can be found under the ‘Files’ section of a project which makes it easy to organize, find, access, edit, and publish content, saving time and effort.
The best part is proofing tools that help internal reviewers and clients review, edit, share feedback, and approve digital assets. This brings complete content management in one place.

Since the day my team is using ProofHub, our interactions have become much more streamlined and transparent. I love the way ProofHub connects tasks with team collaboration. I can mention people on tasks to seek updates and share files directly to the tasks, saving time on sharing and finding work. And for every update in a task, each assignee gets an automated notification, resulting in improved accountability.
My marketing team loves ProofHub’s online proofing capabilities. Creators and marketing executives can upload any document from local or cloud storage and get it reviewed by editors. The editors quickly share the feedback on the document using in-built annotation tools. This saves plenty of time on team collaboration, leading to higher levels of productivity. ProofHub is a superb task management tool. It has everything my team needs for task management. The best thing I like about ProofHub is the way it organizes tasks and the detailed information each task captures.
I can create a custom workflow, add as many tasks as I want to add to a workflow, and create, delegate, and manage tasks from a centralized board.
ProofHub tasks capture plenty of information for a task: task description, start and due date, estimated time and budget, priority labels, a unique task ID, multiple task assignees, and custom fields to add or edit required fields or information in a task.
There is a dedicated space within the task board to add comments and share files on tasks. This saves plenty of time.

Before ProofHub, our entire marketing team had to switch from one app to another to manage their day-to-day office work. We used spreadsheets to maintain task records, emails for internal and external communication, and daily meetings for work-related updates. ProofHub offered us a centralized place to manage day-to-day tasks, stay connected, and share task updates with ease. It helped us save a ton of time which was wasted in switching from one app to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although there is nothing to complain about. However, not being able to filter the notifications is something we would like ProofHub to offer. But, I guess their team is already working on a way to find a solution to this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the ProofHub centralized task management platform with all important multiple views Board, Table, Gantt, and Calendar. It has made remote work management easy for me and my team of managers and team leaders.

Now, we have a clear idea of our teamwork status, availability, and performance. We do not have to micromanage them because everything is clearly defined and transparent.

I like the ease with which I can set dependencies between tasks in ProofHub. Just simply drag and drop the arrow to set dependencies on a Gantt chart. The visible arrow line helps identify the dependencies easily.
Apart from that, ProofHub Gantt charts are fairly advanced that help me:
- create and visualize the entire project plan on a Gantt chart
- Highlight the tasks on the critical path
- Add milestones for each phase
- Track and compare the actual progress to the planned baseline
- Set constraints and add free Slack to identify and plan for risks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ProofHub brings the team’s daily tasks together on the same page, making the workflow clear to everyone. It’s great that this combination of different activities clarifies priorities, and allows the team to collaborate more on completing them. The way ProofHub centralizes all the operations is a standout thing for me. We have all the projects, people, and documents in one place. This helps my team collaborate on projects effectively and efficiently, improving productivity.
I like to plan my projects using ProofHub Gantt charts. I can break a project into phases, tasks, and subtasks and visualize the breakup on a Gantt chart.
