What do you like best about Progress ShareFile?

ShareFile is web tool where we can upload files and share it securely with others inside or outside the organization. We can limit the permissions to the users while sharing the files with them. This is a easy to use tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress ShareFile?

The only thing I dislike about this tool is that the recipient of the file must have a ShareFile account otherwise he will not be able to access the files shared with him. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Progress ShareFile?

How easy it is to use, ever since I started using RightSignature it has been so easy to get access to all the documents and get them to get signed. Totally reccomend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress ShareFile?

There is nothing that I dislike about RightSignature, however, I believe that it should be easier to access some of its tools especially the location of the signature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Progress ShareFile?

It is now very convenient to share files via email, which had to be zipped earlier due to their large size. We can assign permissions to users we are sharing with too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Progress ShareFile?

Sharefile is a great tool for sharing files securely. The file system is easy to grasp. Adding or deleting files is a breeze. Definitely, the easiest file-sharing software I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress ShareFile?

No downsides really. The software does what it is supposed to do. The only thing that's slightly annoying is logging into the system again after a period of inactivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Progress ShareFile?

It has several options to choose ways of secure sharing, it has a robust admin panel for managing user accounts, and it has a mature Outlook adding for people who have accounts that can use that functionality. Sharefile also have the capability to send a link to someone and have them send a file to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress ShareFile?

Many people try to share using their native platform such as O365 so when they see Sharefile they assume they will have to do extra work to get/send the file....overcoming this initial issue can sometimes be a hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Progress ShareFile?

It's functional and allows me to share large files that I couldn't normally over email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress ShareFile?

There is no option to create a shared ShareFile folder that keeps the users with access to the shared folder anonymous. If there is, it is almost impossible to find. The only option for keeping the list of users with access anonymous is to share a hyperlink, but when I do that then I can no longer add files after sharing.
