ProductFruits allowed us to level up our onboarding experience with little effort. We're especially happy about the life ring (and integration with chat) and tours. The integration API allows us to show tours only to relevant users. Non-programmers also have been able to setting up tours. Customer service is great: I've reached out through chat a few times and answers were prompt and helpful every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really to dislike yet. We had to make some changes to our app because we were using dynamic CSS generation, but good documentation was available on how to handle that (https://help.productfruits.com/en/article/dynamic-css-classes-or-attributes). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy this tool is to use. I use Product Fruit for creating onboarding tours for users as well as the help page. We started using this product on our own without any training or help. I love the ease of use with Product Fruits. It's very intuitive, and easy to set up and customize. I believe it really helps take a burden off of our technical team since it enables us to add simple things to help our users without the burden of coding popups in our application. The Customer Service has been phenomenal. Whenever I've reached out with a question through Chat, someone is helping me within seconds. Product fruits is by far the easiest DAP platform I have used. The features offered by the tool are very impressive and intuitive UI helps do more. The product adapts well with my own companies platform and provides minimal to zero issues. In case of any issues, the most exemplary and kind support team to exist offers help right away. Product Fruits is extremely easy to integrate in your web application. Using the tool doesn't require any programming skills but having a bit of CSS knowledge will get you even further! I've had several experiences with Customer Support and they were all really good. Their chat option is great and they get back to you really fast with replies. They are increasing and updating their features all the time, which is a good sign! They always inform you very well about changes, using their own tools to elevate their own customers success. We provide a platform that schools use to track their students' data, meaning that there can be lots of variation in how the platform could look between different users (different subjects and account types). We were struggling to find a tour solution that worked for us with this being the case, as many need consistent URLs and the same elements to show on the page in order for a tour to function.
Product Fruits' builder is really user friendly, easy to pick up and learn, and gave far more flexibility than the other tour providers that I tried. Their support is excellent too - I can't remember a time where it has taken them longer than about 10 mins to reply to a chat, and they make it easy to book in a call for more complicated things.
The Chrome extension also made it really easy for me to try this out in the browser and test if it worked for us, and the implementation from our dev side was pretty straightforward - Product Fruits' knowledge base is very good and provided all of the info that they needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The analytics tool could be improved - it only lets you select a single tour or checklist, rather than multiple or as a whole (we have parallel, but slightly different tours for different users). It's not the end of the world as the HubSpot integration works very well and we can build reports there
There are some minor issues that pop up sometimes, usually due to the settings on the tour and me not being having the dev skills to really know what's going on (such as some cards not showing up, segmentation not working properly). However their support team (shoutout to Rob) are very knowledgable and quick to reply in cases like this, so it definitely wouldn't put me off Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it's a very flexible and powerfull product that really adapt to your needs, there is a lot of different options. The team is really reactive and helpfull when you have a question. The Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the flexibility of the system comes with the cost of being complex to understand at the beginning... but once you've understood the different concepts, it easy to use...also all the options possible might scare a little bit at the begining but again, they are option to fine tune what is already working perfectly if needed... The platform is easy to use with effective documentation, but the shining star is the support team. They have provided the best customer support service of any tool I've used in a long time. They answer almost immediately (seemingly any time of day), find answers quickly, and work through roadblocks with me on the fly.
