Having tried loads of different platforms for my SaaS onboarding I just find Product Fruits the easiest. Setup was simple, and I was able to get a full onboarding workflow up and running in under an hour.
Support were on point with any questions and it just works. Honestly I have no issues in recommending this product to any Founder who is struggling to get onboarding up and running for their platform.

A good and simple tool for creating tours, notices and announcements. A help button and a knowledge database are also integrated. The learning curve is very low so that you can quickly achieve results even without programming knowledge. The implementation and integeration ist easy. We use the core plan. Allow access to the knowledge database only from certain websites ist not possible. Certain articles are public, others may only be accessible if the call comes from a specific website. For us as small company is the boost plan to expensive and had features we never need. It must be said that the comprehensiveness is what drove me to try productfruits. To have both product tours,checklists, knowledge base, a feedback module, hints and more in 1 system. And they play so well together! The life ring allows you to search through the help articles & news integrated in the product page and that's perfect for my user retention & journeys.
I came from appcuess and they at least rival the editor functionalities to make product tours, targeting, cohorts etc...
The other requirement that's definitely met is the ease of use for non-technical people. I can have people from marketing & founders contribute with articles, news and even product tour edits because it's that straightforward once setup. Exactly what I needed.
The support I got from them has been absolutely outstanding so far. Stellar.

In the early days of integrating some settings had been wrongly reset. But it hasn't happened a lot and we didn't lose any relevant work. It did cause us to accidentally be on production while we were tweaking on dev. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We've integrated ProductFruits into our product, the Digital Compliance Office, and the experience has been exceptional. The integration process was smooth, and all the features we needed were readily available. Building support and guidance content for our site has become incredibly easy. We primarily use help texts, info buttons, and interactive tours, all of which can be effortlessly structured using the browser plugin.
Product Fruits is also very reliable. On the rare occasions I've had to contact support, I received assistance within minutes. I even reported a bug once, and it was fixed instantly — a testament to their excellent customer service. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with ProductFruits and highly recommend it.
