What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Product Fruits helped us to easily implement a framework for onboarding our clients and keeping them updated about changes to our product. If we had to build something like this in house, it would have taken an enormous amount of time and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

It could be a little more flexible when it comes to conditions that define a segment of users. For example, a user can only specify a list of conditions as being all joined with an "OR" operator or an "AND" operator. It would be nice if it could be customized further. What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Product Fruits has been a game-changer for us. It's easy to use, allowing us to create onboarding tours effortlessly. We use it daily to roll out new tours and monitor their performance, thanks to its valuable statistics. The customization options are impressive: we can design elements with custom CSS, seamlessly integrating them into our product's UI for a consistent user experience. Product Fruits also provides a new channel to connect with our customers directly through alerts, onboarding tours, and hints. It fosters engagement and loyalty. What's particularly great is the ability to make quick adjustments, facilitating experimentation and constant improvement. Overall, it's a valuable tool for enhancing our user onboarding process. What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

When it comes to Product Fruits, there isn't much to dislike. However, if we were to point out areas for improvement, a few things come to mind.

Firstly, it would be fantastic to have the option to create individualized icons for hints. Currently, the customization options are impressive, but having the ability to design unique icons for hints would allow for even more personalized and brand-specific onboarding experiences. Secondly, while the product excels in customization, it doesn't seem possible to customize the screen size for when tours are displayed on mobile devices. Having customizable segments for screen sizes would be a valuable addition. This feature would ensure that the tours are displayed optimally across various mobile devices, enhancing the user experience on smaller screens.

Product Fruits is incredibly intuitive and very easy to integrate help content into our platform. We use it for our external help pages (help.flows.world) as well as in our Flows builder, where users can access guides via the life ring. What do you like best about Product Fruits?

You would be suprised if I say, nothing. Because, they are that good with what they are bringing out. They have solved all my issues. I am expecting that they create product fruits to mail notifications directly just like how appcues does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems before Product Fruits: We had appcues but then, it was tough to adopt and less user friendly. Plus, integrations with hubspot on appcues was costly whereas Product fruits had an inbuilt integration as a part of the boost tier at a fraction of the cost. Platform authentication based whitelabeled knowledgebase, AI-based content creation, life ring button for hosting all the documents, feedback etc was a plus. Product fruits literally replaced 3 tools in our tech stack viz appcues, userback and freshdesk/zoho knowledgebase. Plus everything was seamless that there was very little intervention required from my tech teams. The tool is so good that, we send all the user messaging, launches, important information, surveys, onboarding pop ups etc. using product fruits. Infact, the knowledgebase adoption has increased as it all gets well positioned within the life ring button and is pretty accessible for the customer in an eye catchy manner. What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Product fruits is a great tool that is suitable for onboarding clients or employees.

With this tool, onboarding tours can be created quite easily. We use them for our external partners - brokers - in our application. The advantage is that we can also guide people who do not use it often through the application.

We also have onboarding tours for our own employees, which are designed so that there is no physical training, but people go through the system and learn on their own in the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Product Fruits has become our secret weapon at Footballmatcher.com for boosting activation rates, reducing churn, and ultimately increasing our revenue.

As a scrappy startup without a UX designer, I used to have to jump on a video call with every new customer to walk them through the product. But since implementing Product Fruits, the user checklists, interactive tours, and user docs have taken over that role, providing seamless onboarding and guidance.

Setting everything up was incredibly quick—we had it all running in an afternoon. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, making the onboarding process smooth for both us and our users.

Of course, like most no-code tools, there are some limitations. However, the JS API functionality allowed us to build an advanced tour that seamlessly hooks into our codebase, giving us the flexibility we needed.

What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Product Fruits includes all digital adoption platform features that are necessary to get started with creating a great digital onboarding experience for your users. They reply super fast to all inquiries and usually the faults are on our end. Overall a great product with great value proposition based in EUROPE. Working in an industry where data secrecy is key this is absolutely essential.

There is still some room in the analytics department of the tours but it looks like they are working on them. A key missing feature is a retention table - e.g. tracking user usage of our platform in the first 30 days, perhaps even linked with their custom event tracking. This would be a game-changer. What do you like best about Product Fruits?

The easy implementation was a huge plus for us. Even though we have a pretty complex setup, Product Fruits handles tricky use cases surprisingly well. Big shoutout to the support team—they’ve been super helpful! Integrating it with our many custom structures using their API and SDKs was surprisingly easy—even though we needed a little help from support, they made the process smooth. There are tons of features, but for us, the tour, hints, and onboarding checklist were more than enough. Everything works smoothly and fits our needs perfectly. The admin panel is technically useful, but with so many features, it can be a bit hard to navigate and manage at times. What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Since switching from another solution that had become too expensive, I have been delighted with Product Fruits, both from a product and service perspective. Their team is super responsive and helpful, and the product us super friendly and easy to set up. We use it for banner announcement, contextual help, new feature announcements. What do you like best about Product Fruits?

It's easier to use compared to its competitors and the support is very good. They answer in minutes and find solutions fast to your problems. Ad blocker extensions don’t hide the widgets, unlike with some competitors. Everything is simple to use, and you can customize a lot through CSS if you need a more flexible solution or look.
