When it comes to Product Fruits, there isn't much to dislike. However, if we were to point out areas for improvement, a few things come to mind.
Firstly, it would be fantastic to have the option to create individualized icons for hints. Currently, the customization options are impressive, but having the ability to design unique icons for hints would allow for even more personalized and brand-specific onboarding experiences. Secondly, while the product excels in customization, it doesn't seem possible to customize the screen size for when tours are displayed on mobile devices. Having customizable segments for screen sizes would be a valuable addition. This feature would ensure that the tours are displayed optimally across various mobile devices, enhancing the user experience on smaller screens.

We use it for our external help pages (help.flows.world) as well as in our Flows builder, where users can access guides via the life ring. With this tool, onboarding tours can be created quite easily. We use them for our external partners - brokers - in our application. The advantage is that we can also guide people who do not use it often through the application.

Product Fruits includes all digital adoption platform features that are necessary to get started with creating a great digital onboarding experience for your users. They reply super fast to all inquiries and usually the faults are on our end. Overall a great product with great value proposition based in EUROPE. Working in an industry where data secrecy is key this is absolutely essential.

There is still some room in the analytics department of the tours but it looks like they are working on them. A key missing feature is a retention table - e.g. tracking user usage of our platform in the first 30 days, perhaps even linked with their custom event tracking. This would be a game-changer. The admin panel is technically useful, but with so many features, it can be a bit hard to navigate and manage at times. Ad blocker extensions don’t hide the widgets, unlike with some competitors. Everything is simple to use, and you can customize a lot through CSS if you need a more flexible solution or look.
