I love how helpful the Podium team has been with our company. We have participated in a pilot program that is about to go live and Cody Hayes has helped collaborate with our team. He is always happy to help and always prompt to respond. Cody has explained everything in a way that is easy to understand and has helped ease our integration. Podium is very easy to use especially for lead generating that sends leads from customers whom have questions about products on your companies website. This platform makes it very easy for customers to comunicate with your business especially if they are not able to physically come in they can make secure payments through thier E-mail or cell phone. I have not come accross any dislikes about podium so far and have been a customer for over 3 years. They have updates every so often but the updates just make the platform even easier. I highly recommend Podium. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We find the Podium platform user-friendly and effective, especially for managing Google reviews. Our customer service representatives adapt quickly to using it in their day to day work. We've encountered some issues in our experience with Podium. The main problem is with the API. Despite working with the development team for nearly two years, we still can't automatically import text conversations into our CRM. This lack of progress is frustrating and inconvenient, requiring extra steps to manually save and attach conversations to accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Podium is really easy to use and user friendly. I like that it will notify you via email if a message hasn't been responded to within a certain amount of minutes, and if you want it to have AI then it is great for responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the AI is too quick for us to respond, but I think that can be changed in the settings. It also allows you to assign it to someone if you need more time before the AI agent texts back. It would be helpful if Podium and Service Titan could merge and it can all be located in one space instead of 2 separate places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Something I dislike about Podium is that we do not receive emails when updates are coming out. For instance a few weeks ago there was a major update to the home screen in our Podium and there was no warning for this update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We used to operate our communication off of a single phone, which forced customer communication through one person. Podium has streamlined all of our communication and allowed for many of our employees to enage in customer communication quickly and effectively. Our only concern with podium is with bulk messaging. We would like to be able to text our regular, weekly customers and leave out our 'one off' customers. However, having to tag each weekly service customer is a bit cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
