Love the connectivity to our customers and prospective clients. We are not always at the store but we always have our phones on us. Our customers love being able to reach out to us at any time. The app is easy to navigate and the seamless integration into The Edge software is great in sending review invites along with other comunications. There is not a single day that goes by we do not use Podium. The biggest return on investment is the reviews. I cannot tell you how many times we have had a new customer walk in and tell us they chose us over our competition becuase of the reiviews on Google and Facebook. Another great asset is the customer support. They are always more than willing to walk you through any issues that may arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many enterprise texting solutions available on the market. I really like their ability to integrate with some of our legacy systems and the resources available to me on how to use the platform even more efficiently. Migrating from ZipWhip to Podium was a very smooth process for our 1400 location and we see users every day taking advantage of the tool. However, the thing that sets Podium apart is the people that we get to work with. My only complaint with the Podium application is that Verizon Business users are unable to have their phone numbers hosted. This is seemingly out of Podium's control, but would certainly be nice because we have several offices that use Verizon Business and therefore cannot take advantage of Podium and it's integration with our back end system. We use Podium daily to stay in contact with our customers via the chat/text function. Customers rave about the convenience and how easy it is to send and receive pictures and information. We also love how it integrates with the text-to pay function! Podium makes it easy to gain quality reviews from customers, and we have received referral business as a result. We have been with Podium for over 5 years now and there have rarely been any outages. We like how Podium has a mobile app, but notifications are hit and miss. We often find we have to re-open the app, and then all messages previously received pop up. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, updates, even a new phone etc, but this has been an ongoing issue for us for years. It would be nice to get notifications real time. Podium has been a great software program for us to use as retailers and it is very convenient because it allows us to communicate with our customers through text so that way they don't need to come in store for something as simple as a payment or pictures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two things.
First, Podium is constantly innovating. Adding new products and greatly enhancing current products. They are always on the bleeding edge of new tech. Currently they are integrating AI into just about everything. Every example of it is just perfect.
Second, their team. No matter the reason, anytime I reach out to them, they handle it. Quickly and efficiently. They bend over backwards to make sure their customers are happy. If you are lucky enough to have Ashley R or Camiele C on your account... congrats. You will be experiecing the best of the best.
Podium is best in class for anything related to customer engagement and reputation management. While they do have formal training, we've never needed it. The products are so intuitive that anyone can log in and begin using it immediately. Rolling it out to our teams was so quick and easy, even with ~200 locations. We have about 100 agents using Podium on a daily basis in nearly every department: customer care, sales, recruiting, IT, etc.
Podium also integrates with so many services that we rely on. Those integrations allow us to build great automations that keep our customers happy without relying on full-time employees, saving us money and keeping our customers happy and informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Certain enterprise features are lacking (reporting and user admin), but they are on the roadmap. They are heavily investing in improving their products for enterprise customers, which is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our teams use Podium everyday in many facets of our business. We have found over the last 5-6 years that Podium has been instrumental in both finding and retaining customers. We utilize the webchat feature that assists with potential online customers with questions ranging from product purchases, availibility, specs or other. We use Podium Reviews to send automated review invites after customer purchases. Bulk Messages to retarget and retain previous shoppers and customers engagements. Podium Payments send and accept payment requests seemlessly as well using the SMS option to communicate to current or previous customer inquires or conversations in the platform that they wish to communicate from.

I like how you can set up templates & favorite certain ones you use most often. I like how you can schedule your text messages. I like how you can auto prompt certain things like first name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it would let you know who is calling when it comes through on the app. If I am making a call from the app, I wish it would come through as my podium number so candidates did not get my personal number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
