What do you like best about Podium?

Working with podium has been a dream, my company has worked with them for 7 years now and we have always had a great working relationship. The amount of different things podium can provide as a company always surprises me whether its text messages intergrated with social media platform, our call center or applying AI into systems across the board or they review management aspects everything they have done for us is amazing. They go out of they way to find new ways to better our business and put in the effort needed on their end to make things happen when we make a suggestion or bring a new idea forward. What do you dislike about Podium?

There are not many things I dislike about podium, one thing is that implementation can take a little more time but that is because they go out of their way to make things work with systems they may not have worked with before or they start from scratch and things like that take time. What do you like best about Podium?

Our clinics use Podium daily, and there are several features we really like. It makes managing Google Reviews for multiple locations easy. Posting directly in the platform helps us keep track of reviews and reply quickly. It’s great that multiple users can see which reviews have already been answered. It’s also helpful to see how our reviews have grown and improved over time. Plus, being able to text or email customers for more detailed feedback creates a useful loop for us to keep improving at the clinic level. Another aspect of Podium is that they resolve our issues within 24-72 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Podium?

The AI feature isn't fully trained yet, but I think it could be improved in the future. It doesn't fully do sentiment analysis; it just looks for the most used words by customers in their reviews. Another thing is that it would be better if the data in Reporting+ could be pulled in an easier manner, rather than having to extract it manually for multiple locations. First, it streamlines the management of Google Reviews across multiple locations, making it easier to track, respond to, and manage reviews in a timely manner. This improves our overall customer engagement and ensures that feedback is addressed promptly.

What do you like best about Podium?

Easy to send messages and pictures to customers. Quickly answer and respond to customer support questions as they come in. We use it often and have implented a text notification for orders versus a traditional phone call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Podium?

What do you like best about Podium?

Podium allows me and my coworkers to reach out and to receive messages from our customers with ease. We can also help each other by responding to each others customers whenever we can. I also love that we can assign chats to others, especially when problems arise and a customer would need to speak with a supervisor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Podium has had its glitches in the past. The glitches are rare, and have only happened a few times. When these happen, we aren't able ot get back to our customer and we would have to reach out to them by other means. Sometimes people just prefer text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Podium?

Texting clients from a secure number (no personal employee numbers have to be shared), sending secure payment links for quick and secure payments (no writing down credit card numbers), and the link to our website where potential clients can reach us quickly via text.
