What do you like best about Pleo?

Incredibly user-friendly app on both the front and back end - being easy to use is definitely where Pleo shines.

Zero problems getting the app integrated into our company's processes and getting people on board.

Functionality is almost perfect and wouldn't change much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pleo?

Not being able to customise certain things - my main issue with the app is not being able to make the note/descriprion of an expense mandatory - I really don't understand why this isn't an option and why we're allowing people to leave this blank.

Frustrating onboarding process - taking months to verify us as a company.

Support all goes through an email and will take at least a day to get back to you - not good if there's an urgent need for assistance. Support/contact with salespeople also non-existent as soon as you sign the contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pleo?

So simple and easy to use and understand. It's clear what tasks must be done and how to use the card. Also love that it sometimes automatically knows what category the spend is in (i.e. recognises car parks!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pleo?

I've struggled to use the 'fetch' email send feature, and would love it if it could link other email accounts to Pleo, as I have a different email for car parking and other shops! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pleo?

Most helpful in Pleo has been the integration from credit cards to an App that automatically tracks and reminds users to upload the receipts. It is very easy to use, so that even those resistent to change adapted quickly. The personal customer support convinced us to quickly scale the use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pleo?

There are some smaller flaws in the implementation, it seems that the Multi-Entity-Function is not fully integrated into the system. It would be helpful to have a few security features added, especially in the area of invoice payment. I miss the option of integrated direct debits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pleo?

Die Zahlungen von PLEO sind in kürzester Zeit bein unseren Mitarbeitern und Lieferanten. Die Masterkarte wird überall problemlos akzeptiert und das Wallet lässt sich durch gezielte Einstellungen automatisch verwalten.PLEO ist täglich mehrfach im Einsatz und bisher gab ees keine Probleme. What do you like best about Pleo?

Pleo has helped us to get a much better overview of our finances. Not only can we now see all our expenses and all the relevant information at a glance. We can also control our spending precisely using budgets, limits and dedicated cards. In addition, all employees got to grips with Pleo very quickly and the tool was very well received. What do you like best about Pleo?

What do you like best about Pleo?

We implemented Pleo after our current software did not live up to our expectations. The implementation was easy, structured and quic, and within a day we had the system active and integrated with our accounting software. New users are easliy added, and the cards are activated and added to Apple Pay with the click of a few buttons. It it easy to set up teams, accounting dimensions, to handle reviews and approval flows, to handle reimbursments of per diem and personal expenses, and to transfer funds to the wallet. We are currently using Pleo daily within our operations and multiple companies, and have received very positive reviews internally. Fetch is a function that we all love, since we have a lot of different subscriptions where we receive receipts to our emails. The function to create separate vendor cards for these subscriptions is also great, the ability to keep these separate from the personal pleo cards and change responsible person and not disturb personal purchase limits is very useful. The customer support and guides avaliable are very helpful as well. Overall our experience of Pleo is positive and we are happy with the service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pleo?

Our only complaints so far are that the employees cannot create expense reports for private expenses to gather receipts from a specific trip. They can only add these receipts one at the time. We are also missing the ability to change the tax amount when adding and reviewing a receipt, since this can only be done in export. However, these are our only points of dislike and nothing that takes away from the overall experience of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pleo?

Easy to use, quick to catch receipts and it has scan option instead of photo. Reminds me to take photos. Easy to keep track of payments. Great to have virtual card that is easy to setup. What do you dislike about Pleo?

Software is still sometimes glitchy. Ofter adding categories does not work. Privileges in web version to app are different. Invoice uploading is a fair bit odd if you dont have full privilages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
