The application is very simple to use and resulted in staff now capturing 98% of receipts, which is a massive improvement on previous levels. Very bad service from the sales person, the pricing structure and potential discounts are highly problematic. A
Initially, we were offered a 25% discount under the new pricing model if we accepted a new long term contract. However, when I didn't accept the offer immediately, the discount was reduced to 10%, seemingly at the whim of the salesperson.
