What do you like best about PEX?

It is very user friendly and through for companies that are more complex and have more departments like ours.

How easy was to implement PEX for our newest company. Along with the customer support team that PEX have 24/7 responding emails, phone calls, and during webinars as well.

In our comany we use it frequently for our daily operations. And we have had feeback from managers that was easy to integrate on their daily tasks from using receipts to get notifications if they have fradulent charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

I do not dislike anything about PEX. Actually, after this webinar I feel like my company would be able to use PEX features to the 100% capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about PEX?

What do you dislike about PEX?

The cards we have to purchase are very expensive and we tend to have to order a lot due to cards being lost by recipients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our noprofit uses PEX in a very unique way. We use PEX cards to give to students enrolled in public schools to purchase food after school/on weekends. We like how we can make rules on where cards can be spent. We wish we were able to control what items they are buying at each store. For example, all recipients should be using the cards to purchase food. They are allowed to purchase food at a store like Target, but we cannot monitor what they are specifically purcahase at target. What do you like best about PEX?

I appreciate the simple interface which is great for tracking and funding all the cards but what I really like best is the the customer service. Zach R is always quick to respond to me and help me trouble shoot any issues that pop up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

It use to be that it took several days to fund the account. When I'm producing a project we rarely have the luxury of time. Everything is urgent. Fortunately, now that issue has been resolved and I'm able to wire funds quickly if the need arises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PEX?

The platform is fairly easy to navigate and the PEX knowledgebase is good. Being able to see transaction and then download them into Excel is great for validating purchase receipts. Implementation was straightforward. Customer support to our questions are usually quick response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

PEX cards have a set load limit that can be a barrier to how it is used. I had to make a special request to increase the default $5,000 load limit to one that is more practical for our purposes. PEX may not be fore every company, just be clear of how you want to use it and know the limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We converted a paper check approach to passing state funds to clients in our care. Replacing a cash envelope system with a stored value card has been a game changer for our clients and program administration. The PEX card has allowed our clients better flexibility in manging their funds and expanded their option to make supervised purchases online.

As a side benefit, the PEX card as a great tool to teach clients how to budget their money. With no physical cash maintained at th e program, PEX cards reduce risk of theft or misuse of state funds. From an internal control perspective, client PEX cards are now managed and reviewed by a hierarchy of program and fiscal staff to make sure all client spending complies with with both state and company purchasing policies. What do you like best about PEX?

Great App with ease of use. You can easily view transactions and upload receipts. Transactions also show up immediately, so you don't have to wait to upload your receipts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

I have not really found anything yet that I dislike about the app. It works great, doesn't seem to have any issues, and is very easy to use. I guess the only complaint I would have is that there are two areas to upload receipts, so that can be confusing in terms of reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My company uses this to upload money employees will need to purchase product at their events. This ensures that everyone has the appropriate amount needed and eliminates the need for us to have to fill out an expense report and wait to be reimbursed. What do you like best about PEX?

The ability to reduce the waste of paper and be an efficient asset for the company as well as provide employees with real-time purchase power. Intergration of the purchasing process with our accounting software. The inovation of the team - they test out the features then release for usage that are not only useful for the company, vendors but for the employees as well. Employee can easily use the card in a lot of locations. Cards can be blocked if lost. A good turn around time when contacting customer support. After set up the process has been very easy to implement. It has been very helpful with our culinary staff by cutting the funding process by atleast 75%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

Sometimes trying to access new features is more complicated than the instructions provided. Would like to see more detailed instructions in some areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PEX?

We use the pre-paid debit card feature on the pex cards, and I really like the flexibility of adding funds to cards as spending comes in cycles. The same team member might have very little expenses 10 months out of the year, and a lot of expenses during high traffic times, and this gives us the flexibility to add and remove funds easily. What do you dislike about PEX?

Car rental companies do not like pre-paid debit cards. I know that is not something that you can control, but that is probably the only thing that keeps us from exclusively using Pex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Card acceptance issues for vehicle rentals. At times, our employees need to rent a vehicle and at times they were unable to use the PEXCard prepaid card to pay for the rental. What do you like best about PEX?

The features help to make my job easier and support has always been amazing. We have had several issues with fraud but I am hoping those issues will not continue as they have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PEX?

PEX has provided a great option for our organization to implement spend cards that sync automatically into our accounting software with associated tagging. They continue to innovate with the use of AI for process efficiency. Their tech support team is happy to answer questions and is receptive to product enhancement suggestions. Our staff transitioned really well to the new card system. I find it very easy to oversee the cardholder accounts. I like that must of the admin process is self service so I can quickly meet our staffs needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

Not too many compliments. I wish there was a way for staff to formally submit their charges for review, it happens automatically (often before their notes are even added). We've also had some difficulty with splitting transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
