It is very user friendly and through for companies that are more complex and have more departments like ours.
How easy was to implement PEX for our newest company. Along with the customer support team that PEX have 24/7 responding emails, phone calls, and during webinars as well.
In our comany we use it frequently for our daily operations. And we have had feeback from managers that was easy to integrate on their daily tasks from using receipts to get notifications if they have fradulent charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the simple interface which is great for tracking and funding all the cards but what I really like best is the the customer service. Zach R is always quick to respond to me and help me trouble shoot any issues that pop up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It use to be that it took several days to fund the account. When I'm producing a project we rarely have the luxury of time. Everything is urgent. Fortunately, now that issue has been resolved and I'm able to wire funds quickly if the need arises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is fairly easy to navigate and the PEX knowledgebase is good. Being able to see transaction and then download them into Excel is great for validating purchase receipts. PEX cards have a set load limit that can be a barrier to how it is used. I had to make a special request to increase the default $5,000 load limit to one that is more practical for our purposes. Great App with ease of use. You can easily view transactions and upload receipts. Transactions also show up immediately, so you don't have to wait to upload your receipts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not really found anything yet that I dislike about the app. It works great, doesn't seem to have any issues, and is very easy to use. I guess the only complaint I would have is that there are two areas to upload receipts, so that can be confusing in terms of reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to reduce the waste of paper and be an efficient asset for the company as well as provide employees with real-time purchase power. Intergration of the purchasing process with our accounting software. The inovation of the team - they test out the features then release for usage that are not only useful for the company, vendors but for the employees as well. Employee can easily use the card in a lot of locations. Cards can be blocked if lost. A good turn around time when contacting customer support. We use the pre-paid debit card feature on the pex cards, and I really like the flexibility of adding funds to cards as spending comes in cycles. The same team member might have very little expenses 10 months out of the year, and a lot of expenses during high traffic times, and this gives us the flexibility to add and remove funds easily. Car rental companies do not like pre-paid debit cards. I know that is not something that you can control, but that is probably the only thing that keeps us from exclusively using Pex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PEX has provided a great option for our organization to implement spend cards that sync automatically into our accounting software with associated tagging. They continue to innovate with the use of AI for process efficiency. Their tech support team is happy to answer questions and is receptive to product enhancement suggestions. Our staff transitioned really well to the new card system. I find it very easy to oversee the cardholder accounts. I like that must of the admin process is self service so I can quickly meet our staffs needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not too many compliments. I wish there was a way for staff to formally submit their charges for review, it happens automatically (often before their notes are even added). We've also had some difficulty with splitting transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
