Perfect Venues staff and support team are the best. Whenever we call, we connect to a support member immediately. No waits, no automation, just people. They are friendly and helpful and keep us on track when we can't figure something out or want to get creative with how we present our event menus. I would still love to see a floor plan builder tool, and it would be helpful if we could add more than one email for notifications in the venue settings. I know you can assign specific events to specific people, but sometimes a blanket notification to all the staff would be helpful before designating the event. I like how PV is easy to use and intuitive. The user can set up what works best with their company and make changes very easily. The entire staff from Emily our sales rep to Allie and Kelsey are the best!!!! No question is too small for them. They are always happy to assist. I love the notes part on the software which helps the team. Being pci compliant is also one of the greatest benefits. So glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone. Reporting- I wish the reporting would have the totals readily available for each of our locations or just one total f/b sales without exporting and using excel. This was a great feature on triple seat:( which I miss. Sales people always want to know if they are on the mark with their sales. 2. There are lots of features that allow you to customize the proposal forms & contracts ,which aren't as readily available as other platforms.
3. Customer support is quick to get bc to you.
4. They have a forum to request new features where other users can vote on. I had 2 of my requests turned into features, so the company cares about what their users want.

6. Love that I can assign tasks to others or myself and will be sent a daily email with my list of things to do.

1. Wish there was better integration with gmail. If a customer doesn't respond on the same thread the email do not show up in my PV inbox.

After spending years managing events via email, word-of-mouth communication, and paper contracts, we have joined the 21st century thanks to Perfect Venue. Implementing this software has created one source of truth for our staff to easily keep track of our events. They have been great to work with from the beginning. This software will be great for all of us to keep track of events and the notes and correspondence log will help in case we have staff on vacation/out sick or if we have staff turnover. Unfortunately, we couldn't squeeze a guided implementation to our budget but fortunately, I have experience in SaaS and other platforms where I could manage setting everything up on my own. Without that experience, it may have been a little frustrating. Additionally, I could not manage multiple locations with one account and had to purchase a unique account for each of our locations. For our small restaurant, Perfect Venue is just the right fit for all our private event needs. We use Perfect Venue repeatedly, on a daily basis, and it has helped us out a lot with being able to organize all of our communication with guests as well as being able to have the events automatically pop up on the calendar, they're easy to modify as well. We initially thought changes would be a little faster on the engineering side. Changes/features have to be upvoted based on popularity-- which can be a little annoying, though I understand why. I love that people can check availability and submit a request via the contact form. My favorite feature is how Perfect Venue sorts and tracks all my inquires because before I was doing that all manually and too mnay things fell through the cracks. Perfect venue has helped me midigate double or even triple bookings and allowed me to ensure I am getting back to inquiries or following up on leads that have gone cold. This has changed how I manage everything and I use the program every day.
I integrated the perfect venue calendar into our google calendar and it was so easy to do so and now makes it even easier to see how many leads/bookings I have going on.

Perfect Venue is so easy to navigate, the training call was barely needed. It has made my job so much easier with all of the capabilities it has. From the initial training call to the onboarding call, each representative has been so helpful and informative. It was easy to integrate all of our menus and edit them as we go as we are a new venue. The price point is so fantastic for what you get and is a big reason as to why we chose this program over other competitiors.
