Perfect Venue is awesome! It is so easy to use and practically does everything for you. Everything is pretty much idiot-proof and if you have that time where you start to feel like one, the customer service team is always fast and knowledgeable to help you get back on your way! The AI responses are usually perfect (yes, you want to double-check them) but are always professional responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We don't have our scheduling system set up to PV and sometimes when you're using the AI response, it'll mention that the courts are available during a specific time that the client has asked about. They aren't always available, however, I'm sure the system is just basing it off of whether there is an event scheduled thru PV yet or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
