**What do you like best about Perfect Venue?**

I really like how easy it was to switch over from my old software. The white glove service with Leslie Macapagal was a breeze! Her follow-up support after the initial go-live has been amazing. I also love the workflow in the software—it just makes sense. Definitely a software designed by people who understand the venue business.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

I honestly don’t have any cons to mention right now. I’m sure I’ll eventually come across a quirk or two, but so far my experience has been completely flawless.

**What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work at a nonprofit, and we had been trying to use software that wasn’t truly made for venue rentals. We had everything spread across different spreadsheets, files, etc. With Perfect Venue, I now have all the functionality I need in one place. From lead creation to automatic emails, automated tasks, easy billing, and great reports, it’s all there.

I also love that when I was at a Wedding Show, I got a message from Perfect Venue letting me know that a couple I had talked to had submitted an inquiry through my contact form. That kind of feedback is great! Overall, I feel more organized and in control of my venue now.

**What do you like best about Perfect Venue?**

What I like most about Perfect Venue is how it keeps everything flowing smoothly and saves me so much time during the week.  I am no longer stuck on the weekends playing "catch-up"  making sure every detail is handled and nothing has fallen through the cracks.   It also allows me to respond to leads faster and stay organized.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

I don’t have any major dislikes. It took a little time to learn all the features at first, but once I got comfortable with it, the platform became very easy to use and efficient.

**What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perfect Venue helps me manage the many moving parts of running an event space without feeling scattered or stressed. Everything I need is in one place—leads, bookings, contracts, payments, and client communication—which makes my day-to-day flow so much smoother. Because of that, I can respond quickly, stay organized, and feel confident knowing nothing is being missed. I really like how user-friendly Perfect Venue is—it’s easy to follow along with the process. I appreciate how easy it is to chat with people, and the templates and automation tools are a big plus. These features significantly cut down the time spent creating templates and speed up the booking process, which helps close more leads. The initial setup was also fairly easy, thanks to the incredible support from the Perfinity team.

I hope that features that customers request will be implemented faster because I think some of them are pretty easy to do. This would definitely improve the experience and customize how we can use the software.

**What do you like best about Perfect Venue?**

I like that Perfect Venue allows me to customize to our specific needs, particularly with automatic emails saving us on staff costs and helping with workflow. Everything being in one place enables our team members to easily access information if needed and allows us to monitor accounts receivable. Customized templates and automatic emails save us a tremendous amount of employee time, and the AI feature of the email responses has helped us save time crafting emails.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

I would like to customize the workflow tabs (leads, qualified, etc.) to match the terminology our venue uses. I would also like to see a way to archive emails, especially after an event is done.

I use Perfect Venue to stay organized and streamline our workflow at our event venue. It consolidates event information, saving employee time and minimizing errors. Customizable templates and automatic emails enhance efficiency by reducing tedious steps.

**What do you like best about Perfect Venue?**

There are so many things it's hard to pick! The ease of use on the customer side is outstanding - it's so user friendly and really minimizes information they need to provide/work they need to do. On the back end, it is incredibly easy to stay on top of leads and communications generally, and the integration with Square was fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

I wish the reporting was a little easier to use directly in the dashboard/without exporting all of the data to review externally. Also the tracking dashboard gets a little wonky with tax inclusions.

**What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we were using so many different systems/websites for rental management - Gmail, Square, Google Sheets, Google Docs, even paper forms for filling out contracts. This has now been moved into one platform and the amount of time it is saving me is outstanding.

**What do you like best about Perfect Venue?**

Having all of my venues consolidated in one place has been incredibly convenient. It allows every team member to easily access important documents, and I really appreciate how simple it is to switch between different locations. It's very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

I find it frustrating that I have to sign into the app nearly every time I open it. Additionally, there are times when the app displays only a white screen, forcing me to restart it.

**What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before switching to perfect venue, I managed one location with tripleseat and relied on a combination of PDF spreadsheets and documents for the other three. This setup required a significant amount of time and effort to maintain. Now, having all my venues centralized in one platform, where I can easily switch between them, has made things much more convenient and efficient.

**What do you like best about Perfect Venue?**

Very user friendly! I was able to learn the software within in a week and create a process for our restaurant events. The team was very helpful and extremely responsive any time I did have a question and when it came to creating our menus in the system. We were on a tight deadline, and the Perfect Venue team really came through with getting us all started.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

I wish it had more options for billing because we have to use a certain system to process our final payments. So maybe a little more diverse than just the Square options. I also wish the Open Table integration would go through to save me some work with blocking reservations on both platforms.

**What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the problem with having all inquires, communication with client, BEO's and planning activities in one place. That way I don't have to use all the different platforms to execute one event.

Perfect Venue also supports a variety of other integrations — including reservation, scheduling, and calendar tools via Zapier and direct partnerships like OpenTable, 7shifts, Prismm (formerly AllSeated), Google Calendar, Mailchimp, Constant Contact and more — but billing outside of Square or Stripe isn’t currently native.

One of the most well-designed pieces of B2B software I've come across.  A breath of fresh air from a UI perspective.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

There are small things that I'd like to see improved, such as the ability to add different text to the forms we embed.

We had an event venue that was being managed using an employee's personal phone and some poorly-maintained spreadsheets. We're still in the midst of fully implementing Perfect Venue but we're already overjoyed at the amount of insight and oversight of leads, bookings, and management it's given us.

I love how Perfect Venue organizes everything for our wedding venue, making it easy for all our staff and event managers to access information in one spot. The invoicing and proposal sharing features are really helpful too. Capturing payments directly through the CRM is a fantastic feature, saving guests from having to come back to the venue multiple times. Plus, the customer support is great and handles any glitches well. The initial setup was very easy with a small learning curve.

I noticed slight glitches here and there, but customer support always handles them very well.

Perfect Venue keeps everything organized for our staff and event managers, and helps with organization and invoicing/proposal sharing. It's helpful to capture payments through the CRM without needing guests to return to the venue multiple times.

I appreciate how organized everything is. Perfect Venue allows me to keep all my data and reports in one location, making it easy to manage planning and send emails to guests from the same platform. There are some features that I believe should be standard in any planning tool, but I appreciate that they make it easy to submit feature requests.

**What do you like best about Perfect Venue?**

How easy it is to integrate to our website. This makes the entire booking process more streamlined for the guest and myself to facilitate their booking. Customer service is incredible and timely and the entire team has been lovely to work with–from discovery to implementing the platform at my business. Ease of use is also high, and most features seem intuitive. I do use the platform daily on my computer and have not utilized the phone app as of yet.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

It would be nice to be able to block multiple dates at a time instead of one at a time. Being on the Premium Tier does not allow access to Enterprise Tier options that would be helpful–especially when there is a notification when a new feature is added (for Enterprise). As a smaller business, I cannot justify the cost to move to Enterprise as we already are paying for the platform, charges, etc.

Ease of guest inquiry, displaying our venue as a place to be booked, invoicing/collecting deposits and payment, adding guest options to their rental, communications with guests.

**What do you like best about Perfect Venue?**

What I like best about Perfect Venue is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The platform has completely streamlined our event booking process and allowed us to keep everything organized in one place. It saves me time, reduces back-and-forth with clients, and makes it simple to move from an initial inquiry to a confirmed booking. On top of that, it’s been a clear driver in increasing our overall number of events. The software gives us the ability to manage more efficiently without needing to rely on outside services, and that has been a huge win for our business.

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. Like any software, there’s a small learning curve at first, but Perfect Venue’s layout makes it easy to pick up quickly. Every feature I’ve needed has worked smoothly, and any minor adjustments I’ve wished for have been far outweighed by the value it brings. Compared to other tools we’ve looked at, it’s not only more affordable but also more effective, so I really can’t complain.

Perfect Venue has solved the challenge of managing event bookings in a clear, organized, and efficient way. Before we started using it, keeping track of inquiries, confirmations, and event details was messy and time-consuming, and we were even considering outsourcing to a third-party service. With Perfect Venue, everything is streamlined — from initial client communication to finalizing details — which has freed up our team’s time and reduced errors. The biggest benefit has been an increase in event bookings while making the entire process easier to manage, ultimately driving more revenue with less stress.

**What do you like best about Perfect Venue?**

Perfect Venue is awesome!  It is so easy to use and practically does everything for you.  Everything is pretty much idiot-proof and if you have that time where you start to feel like one, the customer service team is always fast and knowledgeable to help you get back on your way!  The AI responses are usually perfect (yes, you want to double-check them) but are always professional responses.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

We don't have our scheduling system set up to PV and sometimes when you're using the AI response, it'll mention that the courts are available during a specific time that the client has asked about.  They aren't always available, however, I'm sure the system is just basing it off of whether there is an event scheduled thru PV yet or not.

**What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am the Event Coordinator at Paddle Taps, an indoor pickleball facility and it really helps by having everything all in one place.  PV does the math automatically when it comes to certain packages and it's very easy to build a custom package for our guests from the menu we created.

That my email isn't fully integrated. If I get an email from outside the website then I have to enter into Perfect Venue to create an account.

Calendar view being Sunday - Saturday is a bit confusing.

I enjoy the staff BEOs feature in Perfect Venue. It's a link that my staff members can click on to figure out the setup, who's managing the event, their contact information, and any other proposal notes. I really enjoy that feature. It's also very convenient to share with staff.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

I would like an easier way to upload the event diagrams and have the renter make one.

I use Perfect Venue to manage my five rental venues and organize bookings, improving lead response times and generation for quicker leads.

The calendar is a great feature with color codes for each separate event, and I like the communication thread within each event. It helps myself and the restaurant team when viewing the whole event.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

When I have an email draft, there's no way to know if the draft is still being worked on. For example, in a normal email, all of your drafts are categorized by New Mail, Drafts, Sent Mail, etc. Sometimes, if I get pulled away and that email is closed, I have no idea of knowing if the draft wasn't sent (unless I go back to that thread to look myself).

I've also noticed I need to double click sometimes to send an email. If I don't, it won't send and then gets lost because I didn't know I had a "draft" still.

Everything. Perfect Venue keeps all event details from email correspondence to menu to payment all in one place. It also puts together a BEO for you, which saves me mountains of time!

The onboarding and customer service is excellent. Each staff member who we spoke with, from demo, to onboarding, and active use, have been so friendly and knowledgable. The platform is pretty simple to use, and we started using it with new customers and existing customers within a week. I specifically like the ability to build an invoice in real time with the customer as details change.

The ability to have multi-day events is not available. Each day has to be a separate event. The calendar integration only allows for one way communication, it would be great to share a calendar so that staff and management schedules could sync with event schedules.

I like how PV is easy to use and intuitive. The user can set up what works best with their company and make changes very easily.  The entire staff from Emily our sales rep to Allie and Kelsey are the best!!!!  No question is too small for them.  They are always happy to assist.  I love the notes part on the software which helps the team.  Being pci compliant is also one of the greatest benefits.  So glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone.

Reporting- I wish the reporting would have the totals readily available for each of our locations or just one total f/b sales without exporting and using excel. This was a great feature on  triple seat:( which I miss.  Sales people always want to know if they are on the mark with their sales.  I think you are working on that so hopefully we will see that in the future.  A delivery fee would also be great as we use a delivery service.

2.  There are lots of features that allow you to customize the proposal forms & contracts ,which aren't as readily available as other platforms. 
3.  Customer support is quick to get bc to you.
4.  They have a forum to request new features where other users can vote on.  I had 2 of my requests turned into features, so the company cares about what their users want.
5. Easy to itegrate with google calendars
6.  Love that I can assign tasks to others or myself and will be sent a daily email with my list of things to do.
7. Very easy to use and was easy to transition from old system.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

1.  Wish there was better integration with gmail.  If a customer doesn't respond on the same thread the email do not show up in my PV inbox. 
2.  Wish there was a way for customers to send ACH through the system without having to log into their bank account.  This is a frequent complaint from ACH clients.

1.  Was able to cut down on labor by streamlining processes & having automated responses to go out after a specific period of time.

After spending years managing events via email, word-of-mouth communication, and paper contracts, we have joined the 21st century thanks to Perfect Venue. Implementing this software has created one source of truth for our staff to easily keep track of our events. They have been great to work with from the beginning. This software will be great for all of us to keep track of events and the notes and correspondence log will help in case we have staff on vacation/out sick or if we have staff turnover.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

Unfortunately, we couldn't squeeze a guided implementation to our budget but fortunately, I have experience in SaaS and other platforms where I could manage setting everything up on my own. Without that experience, it may have been a little frustrating. Additionally, I could not manage multiple locations with one account and had to purchase a unique account for each of our locations. While there is a master view, it cut into the budget mentioned above which limited our implementation assistance.

Prior to utilizing Perfect Venue, event management was a frustrating process. Typically, events would be managed by one or two employees who would then need to communicate to other staff about availability and status. Now, every step for an event is contained into one source of truth. This allows all of our staff to see availability as well as notes without needing access to other staff members' email accounts or risking anything getting lost during the planning.

I love that people can check availability and submit a request via the contact form. My favorite feature is how Perfect Venue sorts and tracks all my inquires because before I was doing that all manually and too mnay things fell through the cracks. Perfect venue has helped me midigate double or even triple bookings and allowed me to ensure I am getting back to inquiries or following up on leads that have gone cold. This has changed how I manage everything and I use the program every day. 

I integrated the perfect venue calendar into our google calendar and it was so easy to do so and now makes it even easier to see how many leads/bookings I have going on. 

I also feel like I have support at all times if I have any questions about the program!

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

I wish there was a feature that if someone submits an inquiry but the date is unavailble it could send an automatic "not available" email to them.

**What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving booking and tracking for me. Before perfect venue I was doing it all manually through a gmail account while also planning events, booking food trucks, etc and it all became way too much and I started having real mistakes happening. Perfect venue has literally solved every problem I have been having. To be able to have a program that automatically tells me where I am in the booking process with a client and have all the emails in one place has literally been the difference between me excelling or failing at my job.

Perfect Venue is so easy to navigate, the training call was barely needed.  It has made my job so much easier with all of the capabilities it has.  From the initial training call to the onboarding call, each representative has been so helpful and informative.  It was easy to integrate all of our menus and edit them as we go as we are a new venue. The price point is so fantastic for what you get and is a big reason as to why we chose this program over other competitiors.  I use this app and website daily, I do not know what I would do with out it as we have so many inquiries and three locations.

We can't use some features because of a lack of customization. For example, they have automated tasks that you can set up by event type, but the event types don't apply to what we need so we don't use them.

Not much. Gave some feedback on the email interface, but trust they will take it into account on future updates.

**What do you like best about Perfect Venue?**

What I have currently found the most helpful with Perfect Venue is their staff!  This is a software that will be used everyday for streamlining all of our business / client communications.  The ease of integration with our information was incredible and done properly and promptly to get our company started.  The features have already proven and are going to be so helpful in the streamlining process.  But, THE STAFF is where they truly shine!  They are helpful, accomodating, friendly, prompt with response, and truly understanding to any challenges that might come your way with switching a company's software.  Their patience is unmatched!!!

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

I have yet to find something unhelpful or that I dislike about Perfect Venue.

Perfect Venue is helping to solve the streamline challenges that we were facing!  It's removing a lot of steps on the backend that are saving so much time!

**What do you like best about Perfect Venue?**

I love how Perfect Venue streamlines the process from start to finish—from lead capture to contract signing to billing and event execution. This software is intuitive and walks you through the venue timeline from beginning to end.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

There is not much customization. The downpayment/refundable deposit process could be a little more robust, but we make it work for us.

**What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Perfect Venue, the entire contract, room reservation, and billing process was not integrated. We were handling contracts with DocuSign, room reservations were cumbersome on a calendar, and billing was in Excel and never consistent. We had to email PDFs and spreadsheet attachments to customers. Perfect Venue integrated all of that into one place.

**What do you like best about Perfect Venue?**

Perfect Venue took all the stress and disorganization out of organizing our book of event business. We have tried every software out there (including all the most popular competitors), and Perfect Venue's interface, easy of use, and client-first-mentality knocks every other platform out of the water. I particularly love how SIMPLE it is, yet they have somehow thought of everything a venue would need to smoothly run an event. There is no noise in their product, just effective features. 

Being able to communicate effecitvely with FOH and BOH is essential to a smooth event, and Perfect Venue just gets it -- the notes copying over into the Staff BEO + the full menu being customizable is just genius. 


Their internal team is so good at helping with integration, and once I gave them my spreadsheet record of all past events, they literally had it uploaded same day. Same with our menus -- they uploaded all of those for me and even took it to the next level by making recommendations to build it to work most seamlessly with PV. 


I literally cannot say enough great things about them. It sounds funny, but I wake up looking forward to login to Perfect Venue everyday. It is so EASY.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

I can barely even think of anything I dislike about Perfect Venue. The really listen to customer feedback and are constantly adding new features to accommodate the highest needs.

Perfect Venue has solved our old, very chaotic experience that we were having with the former event management software we had used historically.

**What do you like best about Perfect Venue?**

It has intigrated options for payments and floorplans. It is user firendly and easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?**

Having a day view as well as a week and monthly view would be a huge plus for me. Where I work we have over 10 rooms that we can rent out, and a lot of them can be made into larger rooms, so having to click throgh the bookings to see if we have space is time consuming when you have so many enquirys for bookings.

**What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The old system we were using crashed a lot, and this doesn't. It is great to see the budgetting and ther loss of event tracking is great
