It's my one-stop shop for private events and even major events at our facility. The templates save me so much time when I'm responding to a lead, and it's way better than just using Gmail to correspond with clients. There is still some functionality to the program that could be better, such as creating one lump payment over multiple agreements. Reporting can be a bear sometimes, and it would be nice to customize the financial side, which also has some confusing segments. TripleSeat really streamlined our busines opperations. We love that we can make contracts, banquet event orders, billiing, and specific reports! Does everything we need it to! TripleSeat is easy to use on the client interface and business side. Customer support has been great as we need help, they get the answers to us quickly. We were onboarded from GatherHere and the intergreation was seamless, their dedicated team helped us to create our picklists etc. We use tripleseat everyday in our business! I wish clients could make payments on own, if they decide one day they want ot pay $500 towards their balance then they could go in and apply that payment without their manager having to make that payment link available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price of service has been going up 5% each year for the past 3 years. They used to help with updating our documents, but now they are not so helpful after being with them for almost 7 years.
They try their hardest not to update the documents that you use to create contracts. They want you to do it yourself. If you want them to update the contract then you have to pay $125/hour for their "Professional Service Reps" to update it for you or you can wait over two weeks for them to do it at no extra charge. Tripleseat is extremely user friendly. Email templates, and premade documents help expedite almost every process i have day to day. I love how documents are generated and picklists are saved, making detailing events easy as clicking a button. Not to mention how personable the account manager team is. Anytime I have a question, I have a response within minutes, sometimes with a youtube video made to explain the answer! The customer service is above and beyond! I truly have no bad things to say about Tripleseat. The lead form on our website hasnt been working but I am unsure who is responsible for that as neither my company or tripleseat can fix the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tripleseat has done wonders for our organization as a company managing multiple event spaces across 6 different locations. We have been able to streamline our communication, convert leads quickly and as a result, increase our sales! Our Account Manager, Carlene, has been incredibly responsive and supportive. While Tripleseat is great for increasing organization and efficiency, it is lacking features that would make it much more effective in the restaurant event space. The QR code payment feature does not share a functional breakdown that would allow a user to add charges, match with a POS or other receipt, and process payment on the fly. The software would need to be developed further for this tool to be effective in practice. Similarly, there is no integration available with a POS system such as Micros or Squirrel, which would be incredibly helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That my emails sometimes go to spam. I lose a lot of clients because my emails are not received, and are stuck in the spam folder. Overall, they are fine, but some firewalls block them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
