Exceptional staff, the help line is constantly extremely helpful. The item itself integrates well everything we demand in terms of performance, payment and discovery. It is simple for users, sometimes a little challenging for the user using it for the first time. The program itself would definitely require some updates as well. Sometimes you get frustrated when you want to be able to do something, but you can't because of system limitations. It is very buggy. Many times it allows employees to make weird duplicate punches on their time cards that are very difficult to correct and/or it says they punched out but never logs it so they are always having to correct their time cards with management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
