Called Customer Svc with a question and not only did Alex respond to the question but gave a quick tour of the Website for future use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When the company I work for switched to pay junction for our credit card processing, I was hesitant. We had the regular card swipe machine in our office, and I couldn't see why we needed the change. Well, it's been probably over five years, and I'm so happy we made the change. Initially, we were given Nick DiNapoli to help us with our transition, and to say he is the reason we all succeeded initially is an understatement. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Sometimes when you have to do training over the phone, it's a little awkward, but Nick's friendliness and happy demeanor shone through. I remember that after our call, I felt like I could call him with anything, which is exactly what you need when a new system rolls out. At that time, I was the trainer in a group of 25, and he did a fantastic job with them all. Nick has always been reassuring to us all and has gone out of his way to help solve any issues that popped up. When you look at what Nick brings to the table in your support department and combine that with all pay junction offers, you are left with a winning combo. The website itself is easy to navigate and understand. I love how easy it is to train people on it. Plus, I know, if I have any issues, I can reach out to Nick. The only thing about the website that I can say I don't like is that when a transaction is declined through our scheduling site, it isn't clear, and stores often keep running the card, which results in multiple holds on our patients' cards. Being new to payjunction, we have worked with Nick to get us up to speed on using the website and the options available on the website. Nick was fast to respond, very personable, and knowledgeable. The fact that I can get live local assistance when needed. The staff is courteous and helpful every time I call, email, or web text. Other processors have been a disappointment in the past, which is why we switched to Pay Junction.
The best customer service person, Nick DiNapoli has been the reason we have stuck with Pay Junction for the last five years. He has helped our company get the most out of our PayJunction accounts, of which we currently have six. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the customer service is always available to provide knowledgeable help. I called on Sunday about an emergency that I was having, and Nick DiNapoli was so helpful in keeping me informed about what was going on to resolve my issue.
