Customer Support- I work with a group of practices. We need constant support and questions answered. Being able to connect with someone instantly is very imporant to keeping the business moving forward. Being able to connect to support- Nick Dinapoli and getting a call within minutes of putting in a request for aid has been the best. I have to highlight the support has he also provided to the practices across the company. He never misses! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like there to be more organization within the master portal for all of the practices. I would like to see the terminals within the sub account's profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love it all! First, it was everything that was presented to me in the sales process; there were no surprises. It was simple, we converted quickly, and when we needed help, which I have only called in one or two times in the last two years, I get a real English-speaking associate that doesn't need a merchant number, just my name, and business name. The only thing I dislike is that when covid hit, they started deducting processing fees from my bank account daily instead of monthly. This is inconvenient for me and causes me to make entries to my books daily rather than monthly which I do not like, and the owners absolutely hate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nick quickly became my “go to” person for all things. He handles issues and answers questions quickly and professionally. He has been my saving grace and hero more times than I can count.
While PayJunction is a great program, that I would highly recommend, it is the support and assistance that Nick provides that makes it work so well for myself and my company on a day to day basis.
The reports in PayJunction are clean and concise, making it much less hassle than other programs I have used. Researching payments is a breeze . I rate Nick an 8 out of 5. PayJunction a 5 out of 5. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used PayJunction as my payment processor since I started my business and its been a great relationship, attending to my small business needs and being available for support - although it's not been needed much. Recently I had issues with my credit card terminal suddenly not working and Elio was able to get a replacement terminal on the way. The process should have simple to connect my new device, but my POS system was not helpful. They repeatedly told me they could not support this new device. They forced me to speak to my gateway (EConduit) to do trouble shooting, just saying they couldn't help me. In the end, my POS software support did very little to get my new credit card terminal up and running. Elio at PayJunction was there for me through the entire process. I probably called him 8 times over 2 business days, trying to troubleshoot. He was navigating a new situation, learning with me. He used resourcefulness, creative thinking and patience to help troubleshoot a problem that was actually created by my POS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I received a call today 2/23/2022 from Nick DiNapoli fromPayJunction asking me to verify an individual trying to get access into my account. Nick was professional, helpful, and friendly. He walked me through setting up access for the individual from my billing company. I then asked Nick to look into an issue from several weeks ago regarding a broken terminal. He looked into my account and confirmed the resolution. I asked Nick about a third issue regarding my account fee structure.
