What do you like best about PayHOA?

PayHOA really simplified HOA management. We were paying $8,000/year for a management company and honestly, this software out performs that company in all respect for a fraction of the cost. This allowed us to build up our reserves without a price hike. Love it and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The other amazing part of PayHOA is the customer support. They worked with us on payments, enrollment, hell a Zoom to teach our board and are super responsive to questions. I've never waited more than a single day for a response and that's only when I don't have time to call and talk to someone in real time.

What do you dislike about PayHOA?

Nothing. Even links with all of our banks for easy accounting. Makes communication simple. If I were going to change anything though, it would probably be to add automated billing for violations. That's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PayHOA?

PayHOA Team is very resourceful when you have questions. The system is quick to respond and easy to use. I use this daily at work, and there are so many features available and I am sure they will continue to develope more to integrate up to date reporting. What do you dislike about PayHOA?

The downside is that occasionally some of the users report to us that the system is not working, however, that could be user error and the customer support team is always quick to respond when we need additional support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PayHOA?

We are a community management company that is utilizing PayHOA software and have been for years!

Our clients love the ease of use and our team has all of the tools the need to handle our business tasks on a day-to-day basis. Their customer service is second to none.

They have done some updating to their reports section that I can create a "report packet" for monthly reports we run for monthly financials we do for all of the associations we manage. We've had a few problems with discrepencies on the report packets and transactions, but they've all been fixed relatively quickly. What do you like best about PayHOA?

PayHOA has offered our neighborhood a relatively turn-key alternative to contracting with a management company. The ability to budget and sync the bank account, communicate with homeowners, manage requests and violations all in one platform makes HOA management possible for the layperson. Setting up our neighborhood was simple and with customized reports we can pull the information we want for the directory, budgeting, invoicing, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayHOA?

The PayHOA team has been very supportive for help and development requests. The most difficult part about using PayHOA has been adoption. Many of our homeowners use to pay their annual dues, but the platform is so much more than that, so we're working on ways to encourage more engagement with the resources available. We look forward to a more robust survey tool and some opt-in/out preferences for homeowners to self-select for different types of communication or what information they would like in the directory. What do you like best about PayHOA?

PayHOA is very budget friendly for small and self-managed HOAs. It offers essential functions that facilitate all aspects of management, making it simple to see our current status in a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayHOA?

The limitations are annoying but definitely not deal-breaking. Homeowners are not able to select their own autopay date, and invoices are not generated for homeowners who have an overpayment in their accounts. We have older owners (many over 70) who are uncomfortable using the program, but we are small enough that it doesn't matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PayHOA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bookkeeping! It has tremendously improved our accounting systems, and made it easier for our younger owners to pay using their preferred method - electronic payment! We were having problems with younger owners forgetting to write their monthly dues check as the younger generation does not use checks. It has also made it easier for us to share documents with owners, and I think the monthly invoice and receipt are appreciated as we previously did not have a system that acknowledged receipt except for a canceled check. Lacking mail-out activation with QR codes or secure links for residents the HOA might not have a good e-mail address for also it ensures delivery to owners and avoiding email spam folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
