"Paycor’s Integrations and Marketplace Keep Us on the Cutting Edge"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

Paycor integrates with a large number of providers that we use for benefits. We have found the Marketplace a great resource when searching for other vendors to support our employees. Paycor routinely makes updates and is responsive to client feedback. I appreciate that they are staying on the cutting edge of technology with service offering and incorporating AI tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

Getting a comprehensive answer on the first try is sometimes difficult especially if we have a new user asking the questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PTO Requests Are Tedious, and the Punch In Button Sometimes Disappears"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

Punches IN/OUT are generally easy but occasionally, I log in and there's NO button to punch in. That is very annoying.

Being able to see available PTO quickly is good also.

I am not aware of integrations, performance, pricing or support available. AI everywhere is awful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

Entering PTO requests are not as easy as they should be. Requiring 8 hours to be manually entered by scrolling through a list of numbers is tedious. in general, 8 hours is a work day. It should not be required to scroll through that list for every entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Effective Employee Portal"
5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I use Paycor for the employee portal, which makes accessing benefits, pay, and time-off requests super convenient. It really helps to have everything work-related in one easy-to-use portal. I especially like Paycor's user-friendly interface. The employee community feature is another plus, as it allows making posts, which is a great communication channel for the company to spread news. The switch from our previous platform, Paylocity, to Paycor was very easy, and I find this to be a better platform overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

I think it would be really helpful if Paycor had a section that included all the employee benefits. It would be very informative and convenient to have everything documented in one area within Paycor, just in case employees forget any of their benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Info-Rich Home Page and Easy Navigation"
4/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I like that there is a ton of information available just on the home page. As well as how easy it is to get to information through the menu Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

I would like the time card approval to be a bit more simple. Rather than having to go in and change the time card to the previous for approval it would be nice if you could click a link that would take you to the time card to approve directly from the reminder email. "Easy Navigation After Learning Curve, but Tutorials and Search Need Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

One you learn where all the fuctions are located it is easy to navigate. I like that fact that we can house a lot of different things inside the paycor app eliminating paper or excel tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

tutorials aren't all encompassing and searching for exactly what you are looking for isn't the easiest. you really need to have a user expert to show you how to do things until you learn the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Time Tracking, but Session Switching Delays"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I like how everything is pretty seamless and quick with Paycor, except for the switching delays. It helps with the time code by allowing me to clock in and clock out to keep track of my time all day long, which is really helpful because it does the tracking for me while I am working. The initial setup of Paycor was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

I experience delays when switching from one session to another with Paycor, which hasn't been addressed yet. It's something that affects my workflow, especially when moving between shifts. I'd like to see an improvement in this area to speed up the switching process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Time Slots, but Sign-In Can Be Glitchy"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I like how it shows time slots clearly and lets the company know when I’ve forgotten to clock out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

Sometimes Paycor can be glitchy when I’m signing in. There have been times when it tells me I can’t get in, and I have to wait about five minutes before trying again. Then I’ll refresh the page, enter the exact same information, and it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Home Page, but Paycheck Deductions Are Hard to Find"
3/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

Easy to see pay check and vacation and it is nice to be able to customize the home page to view what I want where I want to see it. However, it is difficult to find certain information, like where to change W4 forms. It takes me several clicks of looking to find where I can see my paycheck deductions and where to change that information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

Hard to find paycheck deductions. THis information is hidden in menus and it is not easy to navigate to this information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Payroll, But Support Has Declined"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

For the most part, Paycor is user friendly. Any issues we may have had, Paycor did solve. One thing I really like is that it's up to the staff to put all of their information in, so each staff member is inputting their own information. If they say there's an error or anything, it's the user themselves, and it's not solely on me and my team to input the information. That leaves less room for error than having a middle person do it. It's pretty much step by step, making sure they put the information in, and it seems to work out perfectly fine. I haven't had any staff complain about issues with Paycor. The setup was a little challenging, but I have an awesome team member who was great with assisting and getting us onboarded fully onto Paycor. She was a really, really big help, and with me being the HR manager, she had more time to move me along with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

Ever since Paychex took over, it's just been harder to get in contact and get things situated. When I call, the call drops or I get hung up on. The last time, I got hung up on three times, and that was really annoying. I haven't tried to call again since then. I wish there was more human interaction. I'd rather talk to a live person who can walk me through how to get to what I need instead of having me follow these steps on my own. The reports are also the one thing we have issue with. Certain reports I need are a little hard to navigate, and creating the report I actually need is tricky. I wish they were more user friendly or that someone could assist me with them. The initial setup was a little challenging too. I also hate that they didn't do a conference this year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
