It has it all: ATS, onboarding, performance management, learning management, payroll, benefits administration, expense management, reporting, career planning… you name it.

Had some issues with customer service response but requested a dedicated customer success manager and that has helped tremendously!

Eliminated our use of multiple systems. Improved reporting and analytics.

Paycor has all of the functionality that I need. any information I want to find is in the website somewhere. The information is usually laid out in a way that makes sense.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

One major downside is the user interface. The mobile app and website seem to operate completely differently, and some pieces of information seem to be under tabs that make no sense on the website.

**What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paycor makes it easy to put in time off requests, view my paystubs, and check my benefits. It makes it easy to have it all in one place digitally.

The Premium Support Team is great. We have worked with this team for almost 3 years and value them.

Having to pay for good support seems like an odd concept. I believe Paycor should offer all customers top level support like premium provides.

Paycor has a user friendly interface which I really appreciate. I started using it after working at Insperity and it’s far more user friendly.

I think I wish there was an option to have more hands on assistance when navigating payroll issues. I wish you could all see my screen.

Like that is shows available hours (balance) on the front page

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

I wouldn't say there are any downfalls. Some of the codes are a little confusing but I think that is the fault of the administrators at my school and not that of Paycor itself.   Only other thing that I would complain about would be that my computer always makes me use 2 factor authentication, even if i have said to trust this computer.

Easy way to request time off and HR knowing when we are gone.

Nothing, I have used Paycor at multiple jobs and it always works how it should.

its unreliable, 
the vacation time posted in real time was a pain because you never really knew how time off you had
the punch created is not always recorded
the gps is a problem for me 
and sometimes the system makes you wait a minute  before you can create a punch for example if you log in and the seconds are counting to the next min you can't create a punch until the seconds reset.

I like how comprehensive paycor is. It allows our company to stay connected, recognize individuals who are doing well and help plan for our employees futures. It also allows our company to create customized trainings that are designated for our company.

There are times where it can be difficult the learning management system, like when previewing a course that is actively being worked on.

Ease of use is the best thing ! Very simple to learn the process and implement it! Plus the log-in process through my work account is always quick and easy, so not having to waste time putting all my info in every time.

Hasn't really been any major issues, or things that I majorly dislike! I am hoping to learn how or it to be usable on my cellphone.

It certainly solves the problem of wasting time with paper version of things that we do on here during the day just like at home.

I love the ease of access to clock-in and clock-out on the home screen.

The downside of Paycor is everything else is hard to navigate. When trying to get to the timecard, you have to click around and go to a sublist vs one list on the left side having all navigation options.

Paycor puts clocking in and clocking out on the employee and it is easy to monitor time and attendance. It solves the issue of not being aware of accumulating time and it benefits me because I can better budget.

The information is complete, correct, and the updates on the homepage are helpful. I also appreciate the information seems to be accurate in real time, there is no lag at all.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

Finding information is not as easy as other options, a master search feature would be helpful. Navigating the benefits elections and payroll areas is cumbersome and not intuitive.

Access to payroll, benefits, and HR communications. I appreciate the emails from paycor telling us there is a posting from HR. I also appreciate the on-demand access to my payroll history.

Ease of use and clear interface. Information updates on time and is accurate in my experience.

When it says "contact your administrator" I'm not exactly sure who that would be within my company, which leads to me having to ask around, which isn't ideal for HR stuff, like "why are you in the HR portal?" idk to check my mileage or whatever was paid out

I am a user, I really only use it to see my pay stubs and PTO hours that I've built up.

I like how Paycor is user friendly and makes navigation simple when managing HR tasks. The reporting features are great, offering insight and data. Also, while I haven't needed any Customer Support, I do know that it's readily available.

There are occasional technical glitches, but it's usually handled right away.

Streamlining payroll processing. I know when I get paid and don't need to wait for my paystub to be sent to me.
Efficient HR Management. I can easily put in for my vacation request and wait for approval.

It is very easy for me to access my account and find the information that I am looking for. The wesbite has plenty of pages that i find useful when going through my employment info and pay.

I have yet to come across anything that could be considered a downside.

I use Paycor daily and find it simple to navigate. All of my tax forms, paystubs, and training requirements are in one place.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

There was a small learning curve after an update, but with some easy trial and error, it quickly became a nonissue.

**What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paycor allows me to sign in and out for multiple days at once. This is very helpful around the holidays or expected absences. It gives our accounting teams time to review information and compare to our PARS which means everyone gets paid on time.

PayCor has an answer for all of my employment requirements from recruiting to retirement. I can pick and choose the types of modules I need. Their implementation process is thorough, their follow up is consistent and their people are always helpful and kind.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

I have no issues with PayCor.  They are responsive when there is an issue, I am really pleased with my choice.

**Recommendations to others considering Paycor:**

I have implemented PayCor in my last two jobs.  That is how much I like working with this software.

**What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payroll takes two hours instead of two days.  We went from three different software programs to one.  We have implemented recruiting, onboarding, reviews and several other items that makes the supervisors job so much easier. Employees can communicate effectively through the PayCor app, they can review their hours and get pay stubs.  No more paper!

The ability to manage time cards electronically.  The  ability for staff to manage time cards, request time off and complete on-boarding tasks.

Paycor, for the most part, is a user-friendly platform. As an administrator I am able to manage employees very easily in the system. On the employee side, we have found that the experience is also user-friendly and the mobile app functions well. There are understandibly technical issues that arise, but the support team is very helpful in resolving these issues. We have added many services and integrated a new PTO program this year, made easier by the Paycor customer support team. Most notably, the Learning Management System has been a phenomenal platform for us to customize and enroll new hires in training and managers in specialized trainings.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

There are the occasonal difficulties in using the Paycor platform, none out of the ordinary of what is expected. One item of note is the lack of customization in some areas. For example, once an earning code or pay item is added it cannot be removed. This has caused some issues with inaccuracy of timecards, but it is not a large issue.

**What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paycor serves as our one-stop-shop for all employee management. It hosts our payroll, benefits, performance management, attendance management, training, etc. We have been partnered with Paycor for around 10 years, so the system hosts crucial employee information.

I find Paycor to be very user friendly for employees. I had minimal training for the platform and was able to easily approve my timecards, submit PTO requests, find our employee handbook, and review payslips.

The only challenge I have ever had was in downloading payslips to view, but I am sure it was more of user error. An intro video when you are a new user would be helpful (if it doesn't already exist!)

The Paycor team is well organized, timely, and flexible.  It has been a very well thought out process, setting Paycor and our company up for great success.

No partnership is perfect, but at this point I can't say I've experienced anything that I "dislike"

**What do you like best about Paycor?**

The best thing about Paycor is that they listen and try to accomodate the uniqueness of many industries--no matter how complicated. They also put you in control of your HRIS. No longer do I have to submit a ticket and wait for someone to answer or complete my task. I have found that reports are easier to run in Paycor once I figured out how to use them. If you don't know how to do something, Paycor has a wide knowledge base to help. If that does not help, don't worry. Their team of expert customer services reps are ready to assist. Finally Paycor is easy to use once you take the courses and work in the software. I am glad that we chose Paycor for our HRIS needs.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

The biggest challenge for us was that we changed to Paycor during implementation of new products. I would get comfortable with the "old" version for it to be replaced with a new version. Growing pains though. I do want the impersonate user back. This was a very nice feature that we no longer have since it allowed me to see what the employee was seeing and help them. Most of the time the issue is that they do not have settings correct.

Paycor has made it easy to have everything in one place and an app that has the features. We are also able to see when employees are clocking in or out at a location other than our premisis.
