**What do you like best about Paycor?**

The best thing about Paycor is that they listen and try to accomodate the uniqueness of many industries--no matter how complicated. They also put you in control of your HRIS. No longer do I have to submit a ticket and wait for someone to answer or complete my task. I have found that reports are easier to run in Paycor once I figured out how to use them. If you don't know how to do something, Paycor has a wide knowledge base to help. If that does not help, don't worry. Their team of expert customer services reps are ready to assist. Finally Paycor is easy to use once you take the courses and work in the software. I am glad that we chose Paycor for our HRIS needs.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

The biggest challenge for us was that we changed to Paycor during implementation of new products. I would get comfortable with the "old" version for it to be replaced with a new version. Growing pains though. I do want the impersonate user back. This was a very nice feature that we no longer have since it allowed me to see what the employee was seeing and help them. Most of the time the issue is that they do not have settings correct.

**What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paycor has made it easy to have everything in one place and an app that has the features. We are also able to see when employees are clocking in or out at a location other than our premisis.

I use it mostly for vacation requests, to pull paystubs, and print off a W2. It is extremely easy to use for these, the format of the website is intuitive. The dashboard is also helpful

I wish I could put in multiple individual days off as requests, but this isn't that big of a deal really

**What do you like best about Paycor?**

The system itself was relatively easy to use and had a lot of features. The integration process was simple. I used the system weekly.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

The implementation team overall kind of dropped the ball when it came to adding new services. We were sold on the services and started paying for them after already having payroll but the implementation team never contacted us to add the new services after we met with our sales person. We got refunded after going back and forth with customer support on this.
Customer support in general was only somewhat helpful but overall they were not very knowledgeable. They would transfer you over to someone else who you would then have to restate your question too before that person would transfer you again.
The tax compliance also was not great as they had things setup improperly.

It provided a system that would allow us to process payroll.

We continue to add more of paycors features as our company is ready for them. We are a growing company so throwing a full blown HRIS system at them all at once would not be effective. We started out using them for benefits and payroll then added recruting then time and attendance, now we are rolling out paycor performance management. It's nice to be introducing new feathures to the company without our employees having to learn a whole new system or a whole new platform. Finally the best part is the systems talk to one another so as you add more fesatures you get more effective processes and accurate reporting.

**What do you like best about Paycor?**

Paycor is easy enought to use once I learned how to navigate the interface. Now I can quickly input and submit my hours, and bill them across different grants as needed. It is easy to input sick and/or vacation hours as well. I use Paycor every other week to input my hours.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

Initially, I had a difficult time remembering how to navigate to my timesheet/worksheet to enter hours. It takes a few steps.
It would be nice if Paycor was integrated into a SSO system at work — I have to remember a different username and password.

Paycor is how my company processes payroll. It lets me track my hours and get paid regularly.

I especially like the way it keeps track of my work hours. It was quite easy to use. So far I've only used it for one two-week project, but I expect to use it again shortly as another project is coming up.

Not able to see the exact pay, until the day of pay day arrives!!!

At the current, I do not have a current problem needing solved!  Paycor is doing great!  IF Paycor could add the amount projected to be paid after the paid period window has ended!!

**What do you like best about Paycor?**

The reason for the "8" is that I'm not sure I could give any HCM a 10 - I've worked in MANY systems and they all have their own issues at times - however, I do think that Paycor offers the best UI. 
 - Premium Support and the ability to reach someone almost all of the time is great (as well as having an 'assigned team'.
-  Payroll Module (though I don't process payroll currently, I have in the past and I really like how easy it is to process).

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

Lots of 'system glitches' - As an ADMIN I probably see these more than others, but it's fairly frequent.  Also the fact that the system itself is SO "SENSITIVE" - To have to clear cache/cookies/browser history at LEAST 1x every other week - so that the functionality isn't hindered -  is a total nuisance!!  
Also, Reporting and Analytics don't always 'match up' (odd).  
Some functionality missing that creates more 'manual' work (specifically regarding Time Off Plans);

**What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits Open Enrollment issues - we have a GREAT Support Rep.  That in addition to BSwift being such a ROBUST product - it's taken a LOT of manual work off of our plate.

I find the layout of Paycor pretty intuitive. It’s very easy to navigate. The customer service is always very responsive and helpful

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

The user access settings are not very clear. When trying to change permissions, there are so many options to either turn on or off and many of them are not named intuitively and do not have explanations to tell me what exactly they will change and effect.

I like that Paycor has everything included in one place. You can access all of your paystubs, your time off requests, any updates from the company, your performance reviews and also you can set goals for yourself without having to use multiple programs.

Sometimes when I clock in the time clock doesn't register on the time card and I have to put in a time clock correction when I KNOW that I clocked in.

I really love that all payroll and HR functions are integrated within a single platform. It allows benefits data to automatically flow into payroll and out to our vendors creating a seamless and efficient process.

Customer service is an area that could use improvement. Response times are often slow and it typically requires consistent follow up to get a case fully resolved.

The thing I like the most about Paycor is that I can login on my mobile device whenever I'm not at my work computer, making it easily accessible to my time worked for the week or retrieving W-2 information when needed.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

As an hourly employee, the punch clock doesn't always recognize a punch, or when it does recognize the punch, it's not always immediate on recent punches. This makes me think that I have not clocked in our out and creates multiple punches that are not needed. I also do not like that if an extra punch is created, the time carries over to the next day.

Paycor is top of the line with product innovation.  I like that they have so many options for integration making work life easier.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

I haven't found much I don't like.  All companies have challenges depending on your business needs. Paycor does work to resolve and make changes to meet the ever changing world of business needs.

**What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overtime management, by utilizing Scheduling Pro we are able to see where our OT is at and work to resolve it.  The Expense Management integration with Payroll is a huge time saver and allows for less human error.

As an employee of a company that uses Paycor, I like how easy it is to use the platform and quickly find the information I need due to how user-friend the interface is.

Some features seem limited or restricted, mostly because my employer disabled the option to be able to change direct deposit information.

Paycor helps solve the problem of managing time and compensation efficiently. As a guest user, it’s beneficial to have a clear view of work hours and pay details in one place, making it easier to stay organized and informed without needing to dig through multiple systems.

How much its under maintenance and sometimes, paycor will show a shift as "today" but its really  a shift that is the next day.

Paycor is easy to access, its easy to navigate. Its also easy when requesting off time, viewing your hours, and putting in sick time or holidays. Paycor is easy to log on as well, and you can review this on your phone or computer.

Paycor has issues at times when you are trying to log on to your mobile app, sometimes it will load and other times it wont and your will have to log in 4-5 times before getting it to work.

What was shown in the sales process does not hold true when you are an actual client.  The customer support is not helpful since some do not know the platform like they should and several times we helped educate the support person on how to use it.  Reporting is also not easily accessible or customizable.  The review process also does not align with our business needs.  Implementation did not do everything they should have and we are still trying to clean up our payroll and benefits due to the lack of information implementation did not collect and port over.

There was a request starting 02/01/2024 for an audit on benefits aligning with payroll and it was just now provided on 09/20/2024 - almost 8 months later.  We seem to continualy have ongoing problems with reporting and scheduling these reports out.

**What do you like best about Paycor?**

When we first started with Paycor 2 1/2 years ago they were in a transition phase.  Adding and merging services.  Today the Paycor is  well oiled machine with many different product offerings from basic payroll and time to onboarding and benefits adminstration.  Paycor is constantly updating these services to keep up with the needs of business (resturants, manufacturing, etc.).  The one feature I like is how they have different structures for differrent types of businesses and their payroll needs.  It's not a one size fits all product.  Paycor has a great training  section for Adminstrators.  They have live classes and pre-recorded trainings and even quick FAQ's if the user has a question on a product or service.  I like attending the live classes that Paycor offers.  These classes give the users a chance to ask questions.  Sometimes the proctor can't answer the customer specific question but they are usually have great insight to the product or subject that is being discussed.  Another feature I like is the Paycor Certifications.  These are a set of training in a specific area (payroll, time management, etc.) that you can take at your own pace.  They cover all the areas of the subject and even have little quizzes through out each presentation.  Once you complete all the trainings you test your knowledge on the subject and get a certification in that subject.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

I think the thing I dislike about Paycor is you need to pay for premium service in order to get timely results.  I am not saying the Customer Service is not responsive if you don't pay for the permium service.  All of the Customer Service Representatives are very nice, knowledgeable, helpful people who try to resolve your issues in the first call.  If they can't a work order is set up.  There is where the service comes to a hault at times.  With the premium service I seem to think the response as a whole is better. You have specific people to speak with regarding your issue.

**What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the biggest problem Paycor solves for us is the time and attendance.  When I first started we were still using an old punch card system.  This would take our Accounting Manager hours to do payroll and have to decifier punches.  Then he woudl have to manually enter all the times into our old payroll system.  Today we are set up on the time clock where our employees use their finger to punch in.    This has made our payroll run smoother.  We can easily look at each persons time, correct any problems and do payroll quicker because it is all in one system.

Poor client services. Promises made that were never honored. Bill for services that were never provided. Limited information provided up front which made it difficult to understand what was being provided. Platform is outdated and does not provide a user friendly experience. Do not have a dedicated representative who assists with needs and supports. Failed to pay taxes on behalf of the organization and blamed the organization for it. Very rude and abrasive staff.

Paycor has not been able to resolve any problems and when bringing up problems that were being experienced they failed to address and ultimately left administration hanging.
