What do you like best about PayConex?
This takes the complexity out of the payment processing. I have never encountered serious technical difficulties while withdrawing or depositing money. The system is quite stable, and the interface is user-friendly. It's satisfying since you can count on the tool to complete your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about PayConex?
The only weakness of PayConeX is the incapability of detailed reports. The current reports I have are rather elementary and to delve into and understand the trends, I need to have a more deeper analysis than what this reports' layout permits. What do you like best about PayConex?
PayConex makes payment plans simpler.. For most transactions it remains convenient. The customer service is more knowledgeable. They do try their best to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PayConex?
We use a credit card machine for some of the payments we receive and this has enabled us to see every transaction we did for that day, provide refunds, and even email receipts right from the portal . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about PayConex?
Sometimes setting up payment plans is a little bit more complicated than originally thought. Some of the features are not utilized because of this and I feel like they would be used more if it was more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PayConex?
PayConex is very user friendly. It is very easy to search for a transaction by card number, name, address, amount, etc. The status of the transaction is also very detailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PayConex?
I love that I am able to set recurring payments for our patients on an agreed payment plan. This allows for a seamless auto transfer to our business account on the selected option date. For example payments do not have to be once a month, they can be bi-weekly, annually, the first Monday of every month, ect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about PayConex?
The only issue I have with payconex is that the bluefin attachment can give us some issues at time. Hard to wipe a card or may not read it. Not able to use apple or samsung pay (mobile) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that the payconnex software is integrated rate into our Chirotouch system. I also love that it has an online based payment system as well. Because we have different practitioners in our office and they use different methods of payment, we can run all of them through this easy website Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
